This is a copy/paste of what i just posted on Google: My family and I ordered our Thanksgiving dinner from Seasonal Catering and could not have been more pleased with how they prepared not only the food, but how their "to-go Catering" was presented at my vehicle for when I arrived for pick-up. (I'm sure the following would be true for their delivery option as well.) For the ride home/storage in the fridge, our order's selections were packed perfectly (perrrrfectly) in direct-to-oven aluminum trays and, as applicable (i.e. the gravy and cranberry sauce), in sturdy tupperware which was then extra-sealed with saran-wrap. This made transport and overnight storage seamless, and the next day was Thanksgiving....... and boy were we wow'd with the presentation of what was INside those trays! Even more than the excellent presentation, when we ate what was a deeeLISH holiday dinner of what i termed to be utterly yummy "clean-comfort-food" ... we felt extra thanksgiving-grateful that we had taken the leap and ordered from them. To Seasonal Catering of Milford: Major, MAJOR YUMMMM you guys -- thank you so much for doing deeLUX Catering-to-go, especially for the holidays!!!

We lost five family members in two years, wanted to cancel the wedding but he would not give us our money back. Our first meeting with him he says don't worry about the linen bill it'll be no more then $600 ... What he doesn't tell you is $600 for all the shit he needs not including your China, silverware, table cloths, napkins, chargers and glassware.. $2,300 later.. I would've appreciated more if he was just honest! At the venue the staff didn't set up into a hour and a half before guests arrive.. Now Rushing..Many of my own family members including the groom had to put the tables , table cloths and all the decorations up for guest arrival. When it was time for speeches and making a toast they didn't pass out the champagne .. It was just one thing after the nx.. Cake time, they cut the cake and put a few plates of cake on the table... none of the staff knew where all the dessert platters were we had to use coffee saucers to serve cake.. I would step out to take pictures come back and my food was gone. I went to ask for more food and they threw everything out in the garbage ...assuming no one wanted seconds... A terrible experience I will never use this caterer again!! If you want your wedding day to be perfect ... Find another Caterer.

Our church booked and fully paid for their services for an August 15, 2026 event. Despite reconfirming the arrangements approximately 48 hours beforehand, they canceled roughly 3 hours before the event--by text, without even a phone call! And they would not respond to our response text. This left our church scrambling at the last minute to find a replacement so the event could proceed. Thankfully we got lucky but it could have tanked our event. They promised a full refund with 5-7 business days. Here we are 6 weeks later and my church is still waiting for the refund. Our last 2 emails have gone unanswered. I have now filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and if that is not successful will have to go to small claims court. This is an unprofessional company --from the last-minute cancellation by text to the lack of communication and failure to issue the promised refund. If they can do this to a church, they will do it to anyone. For shame!
