It was a patch job at best, and if I hadn't gotten up on the roof to inspect the job I never would have known it. Water damage had destroyed the underlayment and decking. I was surprised the tile was still holding up. I got a hold of Dr Roofing. Darren came out in 2 days, did an inspection and scheduled the work 2 days later. His crew of 2 (son Nick and one other) showed up on time and had the project complete in 3 hours. They removed the tiles, the water damaged decking, a bird's nest, and very large dried up honey bee's nest that was under the old decking. New decking was installed, a layer of underlayment, replaced the tiles, and applied motar between the top edge of the tiles and roof line, and then cleaned up the entire area. 100% pleased and you will be too if you hire them.

A month ago, my husband & I bought a new house that we wanted to have professionally deep cleaned before moving in. I was 37 weeks pregnant, not necessarily relevant, but my hormones were out of whack... but yeah, nothing looked clean. Baseboards were still full of dust, floors everywhere were dirty. Walls still had ( & still do, as I haven't been able to get to everything yet) dirt all over them. Basically what they had included in their deep clean didn't seem to be done. The house was empty, nothing had to be moved around. Also, when not paid immediately, expect for the owner of this dismally run company to harass and threaten you with police action. It hadn't even been a week (lol) --- I ended up having to clean the place before I bought my new baby home to it. So I was distracted elsewhere with a newborn baby & now also a dirty house. So yeah, 1 week postpartum had me on my hands and knees scrubbing what I had paid this company to do. Id look elsewhere.

Retained Southern AZ Rain Gutters Inc (SARG) for installation of a 1,500-gallon Poly-Mart tank and…read moretwo separate runs from two scuppers totaling around 100 linear feet of 8" tubing to capture approximately 600 gallons during a 1-inch rainfall (Capturing water from 1K square foot roof area). Within 1-2 days of reaching out to SARG, Lou was on site to assess my plan. Lou was patient, knowledgably and thorough. Lou did return an additional time following some revisions to ensure we were all on the same page, always on time and a class act. After solidifying our requirements, contract was signed, and production began. Our critical path required the tank be delivered weeks in advance of the scheduled install to support another project that would become an obstacle. Mariano the Program Manager delivered the tank, no questions asked to support our timeline. As we closed in on install, Mariano kept us abreast via text - he never left me wondering what step was scheduled next. Jesus and Caleb arrived on time for install - installation could not have gone better. Absolute professionals, thorough and exact on alignments and ensuring the location of the inlets and overflow valve / pop up placement met our expectations. They cleaned up all materials and left the yard as they found it. SARG did a fantastic job, and I COULD NOT be more pleased. A couple tips that may help you help yourself. If you intend to install a rain harvest system, do your research, take the Watershed Management Group's 3-hour class, which is required to apply for your rebate. I am not saying SARG is costly, but you are paying for great service, sound install & support. Know your plan, understand your measurements, your rain capture expectation, where you are collecting water from, where your overflow will be placed in the yard, where your tank will be placed, does your desired tank size meet your needs, is it too big / too small. SARG will help you 'figure it out' but be an "educated / informed consumer" - it will make the process much more enjoyable. I read some negative reviews on stupid stuff like suggesting they "Didn't have an exact color to match my house?" Go buy your house paint and ask them to use it! Be part of the solution not part of the problem. It's my review that this company will do everything they can to help you achieve a successful installation - but it involves the customer having some level of understanding of what it is they are buying. Great company, great staff, great experience - highly recommended!

Overall, disappointed by my experience with Southern Arizona Rain Gutters for a gutter & rain tank…read moreinstallation. We decided on Southern Arizona Rain Gutters as they were previously featured on a list from Watershed Management Group/Tucson Water, though it appears they are no longer reccomended by WMG. There was a lack of attention to detail and care by the SARG team. Our tank and gutters work fine most of the time, but with the quality of work was not in line with the cost. We experienced the following issues: -They offer a limited number of gutter colors, I was assured it would match our paint but it was starkly different upon installation. -When the team came, they rolled the tank over a locked gate instead of going around to a gate wide enough to accommodate the tank because it was further away, scratching the tank up in the process. -They incorrectly cut a gutter and had to come back to remedy the issue. -A few months after install there was a clogging problem with the tank, the person who checked it crumpled the gutter attached to the tank trying to problem solve. Now, water leaks out from the input, so we have to go buy a new attachment piece but even worse we have a big mosquito issue from the open tank.
