Dr Sara, was amazing, she was so compassionate and caring throughout the whole process and hard decision to have our poor girl put to sleep. She came out on 4th of July so our Leah wouldn't be in pain and suffering any longer. She made sure that our other dog was able to say goodbye, as well as helped with everything when our hands were full with our toddler. We couldn't believe how affordable it was to be able to say goodbye to our girl with all the comforts of her home as well as have her cremated and with a drop off service. Dr Sara also asked wonderful questions about Leah's life and helped us to direct our thoughts to wonderful memories. I cannot recommend Blue Skies enough

This is an amazing and affordable service so that your pet can pass in the comfort of their own home. My Bianca was over 15 years old and it was her time to go. She got to be surrounded by all her favorite people, get all the best treats, and be in a familiar and comfortable place when she passed with all the love. This was a very hard decision for me and I'm glad to have their support. They were great communicators, and really went above and beyond. They made me a paw print to be able to keep as a memory. I'm very greatful.

I wish I could remember who helped us today. I was too emotional for the life of me. My mom recommended them when we put down my puggle couple years back but I had surgery so I couldn't be there. But my 15 year old mutt Nelly was struggling. I emailed them how to go about everything and we thought maybe at the end of the month. I'm not sure if Nelly could sense that we knew she was in pain cuz as soon as I was emailing them she got worse. They were so understanding and chatted with me with no judgment. Gave suggestions and even let me know if we needed them sooner they got us. Well in fact we did need them sooner. They reply back super fast. They are super sweet made the whole process so much easier. It's not easy at all. They have got to have super powers to do this for a living. I'm in so much agony without my dog now I won't lie. I'm trying to manage it. But I know today would have been the worst if it wasn't for them. Nelly got a cheese burger and lots of pets. A gentle new voice. I miss her sooooo much. But I'm at peace with it.

Losing a pet is never easy. Our poor Jack was diagnosed with lymphoma that was in his heart. It all happened so quickly. A week in an half in total, and we knew we wanted to put him at rest here at home. He simply hated the car and hated going to the vet. The doctor was kind and gentle. She our minds as well as our hearts at ease. I can't thank them enough. We also received a beautiful card hand written by the doctor that was personalized. Not just a generic "we are sorry for your loss". I would recommend their service to anyone who has to make this difficult decision.

    Sweet crazy Zigman

Our beloved Ziggy was a 13 year old bundle of crazy. He was neurotic and sweet and funny and maddening. He was blind in one eye, mostly deaf and had arthritis in his back legs. He also had lymphoma (most likely) and he went downhill very quickly. I knew the time was coming where I would have to say goodbye, but you're never really prepared for it. Through the Pet Cremation Society of Minnesota, we arranged for Dr. Taylor to come over so Ziggy could pass at home, on the couch with his people beside him. She came over on her day off and she couldn't have been kinder. She explained everything, she let me as questions and she was so loving and kind to both Ziggy and his sister Chloe. It was the most peaceful and beautiful experience. Dr. Taylor has the most amazing bedside manner and such compassion in her heart. I can't imagine going through this difficult experience without someone like Dr. Taylor there.

My fur baby and I relaxing and chilling in good times. RIP 1/1/04 - 7/18/2019

The staff and veterinarians always allow me to be involved in my dogs' care; whether that means letting me handle my own dogs during exams, talking through treatment plans in detail, or supporting my decision to consult a specialist when needed. I never feel dismissed or rushed, and I genuinely feel respected and valued, which means so much as a dedicated dog owner. They are also incredibly patient and supportive when it comes to all of the health testing I do with my dogs. From jumping through the extra hoops to get my SV X-rays submitted, to helping coordinate and complete other required health testing, they have always been wonderful and accommodating. It makes a huge difference to have a clinic that understands and supports the extra steps that come with responsible breeding and competitive dog sports. They have taken care of us through everything from routine visits, to emergencies, and even an emergency surgery, and we are always treated with the same compassion, respect, and professionalism every single time. From the very first visit to the most serious situations, the level of care and communication has been consistently outstanding. I'm incredibly grateful to have a clinic I trust completely with my dogs!

Kept asking her why she hasn't done certain things, and my wife kept telling her that we had him on a puppy plan at East Central and they took care of everything for us. Then they told us our dog needed antibiotics, and diet changes to counter his weight gain, and sluggish behavior. We were so unhappy with how my wife was treated we went to East Central for another opinion, and they tested our dog for low Thyroid. Wouldn't you know it, 30$ of thyroid meds and he's slimmed down, has tons of energy and his coat is shinier and softer. Would never go back to Osceola Vet.

We agreed to make the purchase when kitten was two weeks old, with an agreement to complete the purchase when the kitten was 8 weeks old. When it came time to pick up the kitten, we were surprised at how small it was. We learned from veterinary records provided by Stillwater Premier Bengals and from our visits to our veterinarian, that the kitten had not gained any weight in the two weeks between 6 weeks of age and 8 weeks of age when we took possession. Also, the kitten appeared to be malnourished to the point that its whiskers had not started growing. Two days later, the kitten developed diarrhea, and the diarrhea became much worse over the next few days to the point that we took a very runny stool sample to our veterinarian. Analysis of the stool sample confirmed that the kitten had coccidiosis which is an intestinal parasite that needs treatment. The kitten was also severely dehydrated from the diarrhea. Our veterinarian said that the coccidiosis came from the cattery. We informed Stillwater Premier Bengal Cats of this, and their response was that this was not a problem, and they refused to compensate us for our veterinary bills. We have since spent several hundred dollars dealing with this issue. We have successfully treated the coccidiosis, yet, even two months later, we are still treating the diarrhea with a special prescription diet because of damage to the kitten's intestinal tract. We learned by asking for additional veterinary records, that the cattery had treated the kitten with Albon which is an antibiotic used to treat Coccidia for 9 days, ending just before we took possession. The cattery did not run any stool samples to verify if the parasite had been eliminated, and they did not inform us of this. In other words, the cattery knew that they were delivering a sick kitten to us.

My boyfriend and I were very concerned when we came to pick up the kitten because she was smaller than when we had first met her a month previously. I asked the breeder before leaving with the kitten if she was healthy and if her weight was normal (we could feel her tiny little bones and see them) She responded saying the dewormer probably was upsetting her appetite, but she was fine. So I took her home and had her for only 30 hours before the kitten woke me up at 3 AM struggling to breathe, making a terribly sad whimpering noise and unable to move. I rushed the kitten to the emergency room and upon arrival the kitten was deceased. The breeder sent me home with Recovery RS food for her, obviously knowing she was not healthy. This was a very sad experience for me and it was very upsetting knowing the kitten was not given proper care before I received her.

We did some research, and although there's companies out there that all sound like they do the same thing, I can tell you, they don't. From the moment I spoke to the Hidden Fence Of people I knew that they were customer service oriented. They came out the very next day and dropped some line around the perimeter of the house, even though there was 2 feet of snow. And they will be back to bury it come spring time. The gentleman that came out and spent about an hour working with me on training. It was very easy, and within about a month my dog was off leash and not venturing out of the yard anymore. One of the concerns I had going in was that would the collar be painful for my dog. So I tried it out on my self and it is basically nothing more than a vibration and not a painful shock which I think other companies use. As my dog approaches the perimeter, there is a beeping sound and vibration, and right away he knew that he has gone too far. Now after a solid month, it is so apparent that he knows the boundary, So happy to have made this choice.
