I used Tom before years back and decided to check if he was still in business. Thank goodness he responded back to me and was willing to do a difficult job. There were a thousand little rock's that needed to be removed and that was a very tedious process. Additionally, Tom conditioned the soil and installed perennials of my choice; there was room left over for me to plant annuals. Tom installed premium mulch per my request. He came out to my home bright and early to start and finish the landscaping project. I was very pleased with the results!!! I would recommend TML Mowing Company for landscaping services.

The other work was satisfactory. There also was a billing upcharge that I caught & brought to their attention & had corrected. This began to worry me. I questioned in October when the trees would be coming in..& he said the supplier said not anytime soon. Fast forward to October 2023 & this is still not resolved. No responses to e mails I have sent. Here is the last e mail response, August 28th 2023 "Hi Carol: My apologies, my last email was still in my draft folder and was never sent. Yes, we do have the cherry trees on hold. We're waiting for the cooler temps to get them installed to give them the best chance of survival. With the heat we had last week and the lack of rain, we have all replacements on hold until we start to see more cooperation with the weather. Let us stop and take a look at the trumpet vines to see what's going on with them. If you need anything else, please let me know. " He did send out his friend Sandy from Smittys Tree Service to look at the plants. Her first words repeated many times were "This is not on him". I said yes it is, the disease was there when he planted them & he said he would repace them..I have it documented. She then shifted gears to "well, he will make it right, he will call you in a few days". No call, no plants, no credit. I do not recommend RWS Landscaping...I should have read the reviews. I am not so sure about Sandy who recommended him when she was here cutting trees. So, on to the Better Business Bureau.

If I had any concerns about my lawn, I was able to speak to the owner, and this reason alone was why I chose them for service vs someone else. I also liked that I had the same people providing service to my yard on a consistent basis, and they knew my lawn. Sadly, they have been purchased by TruGreen. Now, I understand that businesses are bought and sold all the time, and that it's likely that the owner wanted to retire... but customers were not notified until after the fact. Pretty much everyone I know who has been using TAG used them because they had a poor experience with TruGreen! I'm now headed into my second service appointment with TruGreen, and also beginning to look for another provider.
