I never agreed to recurring service, and I find it incredibly unprofessional to assume permission like that. I hired them based on the claim of 20+ years of experience, but the results and business practices didn't reflect that at all. I won't be using them again, and I suggest others look elsewhere.

No problem! (I had already paid him) He agreed to come and put more barrier down. He texted me and said he had came by and still no barrier on one whole end of the bed. I texted him and he said that that was all he was going to do. He was done. VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER. I am now moving the mulch and putting the barrier down myself.
