I lucked out. Lost a bunch of weight recently and am in the middle of transitioning so don't want…read moreto spend a lot on clothes yet. Got almost new Levi's and a sports jacket in exactly my sizes. Embarrassed to say that I'm going to use the jacket at a tech conference that I'm going to attend at the end of the month. Jacket was red tagged so I got it for like $4 whereas I would easily have paid $100+ at a store. Levi's were less than $10 but almost new 501's. Large store, well laid out. Courteous staff, welcomed when entered store. Also like that I'm supporting a good cause and lastly as an environmentalist who drives an electric car, I love that it's not new, not going to the landfill like a lot of fast fashion, and it's exactly what I would have bought new.

The cashier told me it didn't come out, and she made me swipe my card again, which depleted my account completely. I was then refused to take any of the items I purchased- twice. I will be disputing this with the bank as it's already begun- but I want to prevent anyone else from making this mistake. They also do nothing to help the community and overcharge on items they received for free. I wouldn't call Goodwill- it's almost ironic. They tried to tell me that they have no idea how to use their credit card system. It's not that hard to call the number on the back and educate yourself. It's shameful unintelligent and just lazy and now I'm dealing with the repercussions.
