We hopefully will have her for many years, and will all be happier if she (and us!) are well-trained. Marley is very smart and I was sure that with the right help she would learn fast. The first lesson was with Ryan...he was knowledgeable, patient with both canine and human, articulate and calm. He even was able to make the experience fun for Marley. Jake was with us the second time, and he was just as terrific as Ryan. There is a lot of information given, but with the way they taught, I have been able to retain most of it and work successfully with Marley between classes. Dave has helped me more times than I can count and is the reason that my dog is an absolute angel. I am a better owner because of all he's taught me. For level 1 I paid $150 for 8 classes. Levels 2 I paid $350, for up to 3x/week for 8 weeks. They update pricing and schedule/classes offered on their webpage. The website states that you can make an appointment on Sundays but that is an absolute lie and if you aren't okay with that, Jen will hang up on you. I guess one way to receive an extra day boarding for each dog is to not be open on Sundays. What person with integrity does that?? She is available for tours only on Saturdays...when she decides to work. And she is never at the location so I'm not sure who is actually caring for the dogs that people have entrusted to their care. When you call she is either rude or wishy washy. This woman has no business running a "professional" business or caring for ANY other living being. Thankfully I found all of this out with a phone call and not at my dogs' expense.
