My informed decision to switch from Frontier to Service Electric (SECTV) is thanks to Marilyn's knowledgeable communication skills. She offered me full explanations of download speeds ranging from 50 Mbps to 2,000 Mbps. When you call the number listed it's an automated voice that basically does absolutely nothing. It tells you they will send a signal of some sort to your cable box & that should clear up the problem. Well, it does not change a thing. Cable and internet still down. There is no option to speak to an actual service representative to assist you. At almost $300 a month service ought to be much better than an automated answer that is useless. So value for what we pay? That's a joke! To edit this review, after about 2 hours I was able to connect with an actual human being. He was very helpful and did what he could on his end to restore service. He sent a technician out to my residence to check the in home equipment here. As it turned out, the issue was more complicated as it affected a number of homes in my vicinity.
