If Zero Stars was an option,... Service levels have declined immensely in the last year. Do not use this company. We have been asking for assistance on an item for our website since Feb 9th with no assistance. We have left 6 total messages requested assistance. We pay the monthly maintenance fee. I spoke with Ben this afternoon. He said to talk to Steve because he is not able to do anything. Each time I have talked to Ben he is clueless and aloof. I left Steve a message. No response AGAIN. I have sent 4 different companies to them in the last 6 months telling them how great their service is. I am incredibly disappointed to think that I have been promoting a company that does not even do the basics. This was the conversation: The following phone call just occurred: Salesperson: hi, Google is making some BIG CHANGES! If you're a devoted webmaster, you need to come into our office in Allentown to find out WHAT THEY ARE! Your company is not showing up in searches which is making you LOSE BUSINESS! Me: ummm. Right. What BIG CHANGES is Google making? Salesperson: well wouldn't you like to know? If you come to our office this week, we'll give you 2 iron pigs tix and a $25 restaurant gift card! And we'll tell you about... THE BIG CHANGES! Me: that's great and everything, but I'm an educated web designer, so... what are the BIG CHANGES Google is making? Salesperson (angry): well, I can't really say. I don't know about computers, I'm just supposed to get people into the office. Me: I need to go. SEO firms like this are the biggest hassle for a web professional.... Don't try to call a businessperson and bribe them to come in for a sales pitch. It's tacky and insulting, to be frank. Their internet DSL service is mediocre. Their email service is frequently down. When it's not working, many emails don't come through and are lost. many sent emails never arrive at their destination. Customer service doesn't exist. I have never, ever had any response when there is a problem. Never any explanation for the frequent issues. read more

Like previous reviewers stated, they are simply rude when you call and if YOU get annoyed and granted, a bit loud, they get defensive and accuse you of screaming at them. I've had no internet service for weeks at a time and they deny any liability. They force you to pay in advance for service and will not make any adjustments at all if you are without service that you PAID for. Funniest part is the awards covering their office walls. Awful. I spent thousands of dollars with this outfit and didnt get the service I wanted so I quit them (I thought). A month later, upon expiration of my contract, they automatically renewed and charged my credit card. I called and even though the renewal was still a week off, they refused to undo the charge. I had already engaged another provider. I had to go to the PA Consumer Protection agency to undo this, and in conjunction with the credit card company and complaints to the BBB, they finally relented and gave me back the money they charged for the service I didnt want and wasnt using.Stay away from these people read more

Don't Even Think about using this company. I set in there office and decided to use this company. I actually had my doubts because I felt like I had to take a shower after I left since they are like dirty car salesmen. There design product is good, however once you sign with them, all they try to do is sell you and sell you. They call you constantly. I have gotten in arguments with them and actually told them stop calling me, but that didn't work. The worst part about this is they actually automatically renewed my contract. I am in the service business, and I would never renew someones contract knowing that they were not happy with my service. The brain trust at enter.net decided to switch their email email system to Mozela Thunderbird. I am in Florida for three months and after installing Thunderbird I realized that I was unable to send email with the new system. After one hour on the phone with a dolt from tech service I was told he could not help me and I would have to call the local Internet provider in Florida. They promptly told me it is not their problem and to call enter.net. I will be calling enter.net tomorrow to cancel my service. Although I like many people hate Comcast, at least they are pretty much nation wide so triple play here I come. read more
