I asked if that was something her company could help with. She said she would send someone to take a look. A gentleman, who introduced himself as the owner of the company, came to my home and looked at the stains. He said he thought the carpet should be steam cleaned, but his big truck was out for repair and he would have Tabatha call and set up an appointment with me to get the work done. Tabatha never called. A couple days later I called the company back and asked if there was a problem, explaining my situation. The receptionist apologized and said she'd have someone get back to me. No one has called me or been in touch. And today I get this invoice. I am pretty grossed out at the level of customer service, or lack thereof. Just to be clear, this invoice will not be paid.
