Y'all to say I was upset is an understatement!! Saturday my husband picked our comforter up from BLUE RIBBON CLEANERS. I immediately noticed the bleached spots before taking it out of the bag. I called up there...the employee told me that the owner would be there this morning. I stopped by this morning, introduced myself, he said yea i knew id be seeing you today. Obviously he knows why im there....but i proceeded to tell him that my comforter has bleached spots on it. He immediately said we do not use bleach. Ok, well my comforter did not look like this when i brought it in. He said, look I want everyone to be happy. I said, i understand, I own a business, i actually own two. He leans towards me and says, I own 4- I trump you. I said sir, I'm not trying to one up you. He said that the lady that washed my comforter has been in the business for forty years and has never used bleach. I said sir, if it wasn't bleach what was it? My comforter was ruined here at your store and I want my money back. I am not okay with paying you to ruin it. He said well i was going to offer to buy it from you. Do you plan on still using it? Yes, bc i don't have another one. He said how much is it worth...i said i paid $160 two years ago. So I'm sure it will at least cost that to replace it. He said yea, well it's used so it's not worth that. I'll give you $60 and you keep your comforter. I said well that would be giving me my money back for bleaching my comforter. He gets a lil louder and says Ma'am you are not hearing me!! I responded don't talk to me like that! He says loudly, we do not use bleach! I said, you know what keep the $60! Would NOT recommend!! I called to see if they could press my duvet cover for my bed and was told yes, they could absolutely do it! I explained I needed it to be completely wrinkle free & nice because we were shooting a boudoir shoot in my Master bedroom & needed everything to look nice. My friend went to pick it up while I was getting ready so I did not see it until she got it back to my house. When I saw it, i was MORTIFIED at how incredible wrinkled it STILL was!!! To make it worse, instead of pressing & hanging it, they rolled it up and put it in a bag! We ended up having to take it out of the bag and iron it ourselves! What a shotty job and a COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY!!! I will NOT be back!!! read more

The owner made racist statements about people of color while I was picking laundry up. I may not be of color but I respect all people. I found his remarks to be uncalled for and won't be back. He made a lot of "roots" references and political opinions about coldwater ms when he saw our address. The clothes came out well though. We just are not in a day and age to feel that way read more
