They only acknowledged their regulars. By the time the lady FINALLY asked us what we needed, she couldn't even answer our questions because she kept stopping to talk to her regulars. Really made us feel unwelcome and like we were interrupting her social time. Additionally, we pointed out one tank where one of the fish was being incessantly bullied and another tank with a dead fish, and all she goes is "hmm yep looks like it" and then walks back to the front and continues talking to her regulars. Absolutely no help and her lack of concern for the fish conditions makes me wary about purchasing anything from there. Ended up going to another store that had incredible service and I now have a wonderful set up. Would NOT recommend this place and certainly wouldn't ever spend a dime here out of principle.

Alice was the only who contacted me. At all. Even better, she provided me with a really simple, short-term solution to keep the koi alive until the pump was going again. We had our 840 gallon pond emptied, cleaned and sealed. I messaged them several times, and I honestly felt like I was begging them to get back to me to give them business, but apparently they only come to my area monthly (which is just what I need!) and I'm still hearing CRICKETS and it's been a few months now. These Brothers look solid, but up close they appear to be newbies in business, and they haven't a clue about customer service. Even if you'd like to decline someone's business, you should still be courteous enough to let them know. You should never leave possible business hanging out there unresolved, because possible customers talk to others, and when you do, people tell all about their experience. BUSINESS 101!!
