A full size deer broadsided the front of my SUV while I was in Walla Walla on business. That SUV wasn't going anywhere and I had everywhere else to be. Chad and the rest of the folks at NW Collision took it in and made my life so easy. Besides being super friendly and funny as hell, they dealt directly with my insurance, they repaired the SUV back to new, and they didn't even eat the Halloween candy I had to abandon when it got towed! NW Collision took time to re-wrap the front end in that protective 3M stuff, and then for their final performance - cleaned it back to sparkling before I came to get it. If six stars were a thing, NW Collision is deserving!

After setting up a time to bring my car by, I showed up and he clearly explained the process and his pricing so there wouldn't be any surprises as to what I could expect. The guy was very honest and charged my AC right up to be ice cold again. He checked all of my tubes, lines, and parts than could relate to any coolant leaks and found nothing but said to bring it back if I have any issues. Overall, I had my car returned to me in just half a day and felt like the price he charged me was fair. He gave me an honest assessment of my compressor (likely one main reason behind my A/C issue at the age my car is at) and I feel great about coming back here if I ever need anything else.

I thought I was going to have to stay an extra day but he managed to replace all 4 of my break pads that day. He was very good at describing the problem and what caused it. I stayed calm and kept driving into town.. and watched for the last 45 minutes of my Seattle-Walla Walla trip as the crack grew, and grew, and grew. Economy Glass was easy for this tourist to find, so I drove there first thing. The employees were really nice and tried very hard to find a replacement for my newish Subaru windshield. Nothing was in stock for about a 100 mile radius, so they tried to fix my crack with some sort of epoxy or (?) They only charged me $80, and while the epoxy didn't end up working (the crack still grew a bit) I was happy with the service and the attempt to fix it, and I felt like this was a trustworthy business. The people were SO nice. Hopefully I won't need another windshield repair or replacement on my next visit to Walla Walla, but if I do, I'll return to Economy Glass!
