You can see and hear the ocean and beautiful sea turtles. The room is right on turtle cove and you're the only one there. It's private and feels like it's just for you. **PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING**PICTURE PROOF Absolutely poor service I booked a couples massage to surprise my boyfriend for his birthday. (Over $400 with all the add ons I wanted) They accepted my appointments and sent me a text to remind me of what time and date. The day of my appointment 9 am I arrive 15 mins early to ensure we'd have time to find the place. We find it no problem and proceed to wait till 9. When 9am rolls we walk up to the door (mind you this seems like a house someone lives in). The door is locked they have weed crocs on their patio and a sock on the camera. We triple checked the address and seen that this was in fact the place we were suppose to be. We proceeded to knock and ring the door bell no answer. I than called several time the phone was ringing at first but after the 10th call they shut there phone off. So unprofessional. I emailed them 3 time, called over 30 times, knocked on the door and rang the door bell. NO ANSWER!!! I waited a total of 35 minutes after 9am before I left. MORAL OF THE STORY DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS PLACE UNLESS YOUR WILLING TO LET THEM STRESS YOU OUT! read more

I hate to write a bad review but I wanted to share my personal experience in hopes of saving others a bad experience as well. First off the place is beautifully located in a home overlooking the ocean. It's clean and your massages are completed inside a high ceiling room. My hubby brought me here for a birthday surprise massage. His masseuse was great, but mine was underwhelming. She asked me where I was tense and I told her but she proceeded to explain how " she does her massages" and ignored my problem areas. That was a sign she didn't hear the clients needs. Next she proceeded to " massage me" by poking my entire body. There was no flow no massage feeling ever. I literally felt like I just had oil dumped on me and poked around. It was SO awful I had to stop the massage and explain to her how I was feeling. She proceeded to state her way of incorporating all these different techniques- but I just couldn't continue. In the end, I decided to end the massage prematurely. They were very nice people but my particular masseuse felt inexperience and had no idea what she was doing. Let me start at the beginning. I was searching for a couples massage for my wife and I while in Maui. I wanted something ocean front and not located in a strip mall. I came across Blue Moon Massage Hale and based on the photos it was exactly what I was looking for. Now to the review, this place is an in home business located about 5 miles from Lahaina. You are greeted by the masseuse or masseuses at the door. From there they take out back for a breath taking view. Now for the massage. My wife and I booked the 100 minutes couples massage. The massage was wonderful and I couldn't believe the 100 minutes was up when it ended. It was so relaxing and the hot stones felt great. After the massage and you are dressed you are greeted with a plate of fresh fruit, cups of hot tea, and glasses of water. The masseuse even helps turn your car around so you can pull out onto the road. (It's a super steep driveway.). There is no rush and my wife and I felt relaxed. Definitely a great place if you are looking for an ocean front massage that doesn't involve a resort or hotel. read more

They used hot stones to augment the massage, oils, and the natural sound of crashing waves. Found knots I didn't know I had. Afterward you get to use this amazing bathroom and shower to freshen up. I've never felt a softer shower. The place seems hard to find on the maps, but it's really not. Follow your Apple/Google Maps GPS, and look for the house with the blue buoy hanging in the outside yard. The driveway is short, but it's deceptively steep. Drive in slowly, and enjoy! read more

I did a lot of research to find a place near the water, with a massage therapist who specializes in prenatal massage as well as providing a couples massage. Well I found just that & it was amazing!!! This studio is on private property but there is a blue buoy hanging from the tree in the front yard to help you find it. Be careful the driveway is steep. It's probably best to back in if possible. Jakub was so kind as to turn the car around for us at the end of the appointment. When you walk in, the ambiance is clean & peaceful. You can see & hear the beautiful ocean. Jakub introduced us to Jessica who was my husband's massage therapist. They asked if we would like any water & then guided us outside to take in the beautiful view. Then they guided us to the the ocean view room for our massages, let us know where to put our things & waited outside the room for us to get comfortable. I've had many massages but this was my first prenatal massage. Jakub put me at ease. He had all of the pillows ready to keep me comfortable. BEST MASSAGE WE'VE EVER HAD! Located in a lovely home near Napili Bay, my anxiety dissipated immediately upon arriving at Blue Moon.
