Winsor &Newton....or what ever they go by…read more I received many packages in my days but never have I received items this badly damaged...due to POOR packaging. These guys make eBay shippers look absolutely professional. I purchased 12 tubes of Winton oil paints and as soon as I opened the box, one of the tubes had a puncture (between shipping and delivery) and smeared the oil paint all over the other tubes and even on to the invoice. Other tubes looked mangled and on the brink of bursting themselves. They looked like it was handled by over caffeinated monkeys handled the tubes...it's that bad. Side issue: I tried to register as a new customer on their website and it does not allow you to go to the final step to complete the registration. I sent an email for further advise and 4 days later....silence! This is unacceptable on any level. They don't even list their phone numbers on their website. This is also troubling since their return instruction says to "Log Into Account." Well, how am I going to do that if I cannot register to begin with...utter garbage.

They have a nice selection of jewelry that's different from what you'd find in a retail store. Every time you go in there is always something different to see. I headed to their Summit location in search of the Five Minute Journal and I was so happy to find it there. They had a few sales going on so I picked up some stamps and a card for my honey. I think I spent an hour looking at all the beautiful items. My favorites were the Valentine's display, stamps, sticky notes, and kate spade supplies. They offer workshops for wedding, holiday, and paper crafting. Over the summer, I'll have to sign up for a class and get crafty. The ladies who worked here made me feel at ease and are very helpful. Wish there were clear markers or boards showing the product names (arts and crafts etc) like they have in other shops like Costco . There were also very less persons around to help. This is pretty much a southern/midwest Michael's with a shot testosterone. They have all the crafty kind of stuff your mom, grandmom, and/or wife will love. Need things for your childs report? They've got it. They also have a health dose of western cowboy themed and Jesus loving decor (nothing wrong with either it's just noticeably more then you've probably ever seen in any store in NJ so it really sticks out). The shot of testosterone comes from the jock, greaser, and geek decor. Maybe its to get men in the door (a demographic I feel is mostly ignored in these type of stores) but Lobby has a bunch of pictures, tin signs and other things featuring superheroes, sporting teams and automotive brands. They have lots of cool things to hang in your man cave. From retro looking Texaco signs, paintings of the Batman, and framed pics of Ali (to name a few). We came in looking for a corkboard and chalkboard and they delivered. They had a bunch of options and some had frames or were part of more elaborate hanging items. We ended up getting a preframed corkboard with a unframed chalkboard (that we bought a frame for [from Hobby Lobby]). I wasn't expecting much (thinking it would be just a Michael's clone) but I left impressed and actually liked the store a lot.
