From the very beginning, Air Health Services was prompt, professional, and a pleasure to work with. The technician who cleaned our ducts was courteous, friendly, and extremely professional. He explained the process clearly and completed the job thoroughly and efficiently. We also had some ducting that needed to be replaced. A second technician arrived promptly and installed the new runs under the house quickly and efficiently. Recently, an insulation company informed us that a rodent had chewed through ducting connected to our furnace, ducting I believed had already been replaced (it hadn't; rather, they simply reattached it). I immediately contacted Air Health Services, and once again, they exceeded my expectations. They were completely honest, took the time to talk with me about addressing possible rodent issues, and reassured me every step of the way. Even more impressive, they offered to return to reattach and patch the furnace connection at no cost. I made this call on a Friday, and they will be stopping by on Monday. The neighborly care, integrity, and genuine concern they show for their customers truly set them apart. I am incredibly grateful to companies like this that clearly care about their work and their community. I highly recommend Air Health Services for all your needs. Thank you for your outstanding service and commitment to excellence.

So, funny story...a few weeks ago I get my carpets professionally cleaned by ServiceMasters (they…read moredo the common areas in my condo building and give residents a good discount, so it makes sense). I also had them clean my shower floors' grout, which had never been done. They did a great job but informed me of a crack in the grout in one shower, causing potential for water leakage and water damage (NOT something to mess with when living in a highrise!). They do not repair or seal grout, but they strongly advised me to get this issue tended to ASAP. Of course I freaked out. A neighbor recommended COIT, saying they re-grouted both her showers prior to moving in and they did a fabulous job. She referred me to James. I left a message for him right away, and I was so impressed that he returned my call promptly. He came by a day or so later to inspect the shower and give me an estimate (I asked to add on my master shower too, to be proactive before the grout cracked there as well). He emailed me the quote and I called and booked the appointment right away. I got lucky that there was an opening (I think there had been a cancellation), and one of their senior techs, Melissa, came the following afternoon. And she was AWESOME. SUPER knowledgeable, super professional, so so nice. Like James, they know their stuff. She totally resealed all the grout in the problematic shower and then she did some aesthetic grout work on the master shower and ensure both were water-tight and good to go. The day after Melissa worked her magic, I got a phone call from James, just to follow up and see that I was happy with the job. Now THAT'S customer service for you! I couldn't be happier with the service from COIT, from the quick response to my initial call, to the prompt service in getting the actual job done, to the quality of the actual job, and to the follow-up customer service. Top notch all the way.

Fair enough, mistakes happen, it's how the company handles their mistakes that matter to me. I called their customer service to try to resolve and Jennifer tried to blame me for the mistake even though I followed her instructions exactly when I called to schedule the appointment earlier in the week. I took a day off of work, and instead of trying to work with me they spent the first 15 minutes of the call making me feel like I screwed up. These clowns need to be in a circus and not in the cleaning business.
