Mike said his BLT was very tasty as well. We'll be back!

When I saw the beef short ribs arrive and the redfish special, I wished I had gone for the dinner option. I love redfish and this plate was one of the most authentic and flavorful Louisiana dishes I've had. The short rib special was equally good. Our server was very knowledgeable about the menu and was genuinely interested in what we thought of the dishes. Since it was a special occasion, I had the birthday martini but my dining partner had the smoked old fashioned and loved it. Next time, I plan to eat in the bar area. I love a high top table and the lighting and atmosphere in that area looked like fun. If you haven't been, I highly recommend Trio for a business dinner, birthday dinner (like me), date night, and Ladies, I highly suggest getting your friends together for a Girl's Lunch at the bar. My picks: Truffle Fries and Green Salad + the Espresso Martini.
