It has been over a year since the move and there's still no resolution. I've moved multiple times and can say without hesitation that this company and their insurance company are the worst. I had visited several self storage units and frankly, climate controlled locations were not climate controlled and the security was less than desirable, even in the good ones. When I went to check out this business, I was impressed with the crating process because my things were secure, well protected in a climate controlled warehouse, out of reach on racks. Since I had no need to get into the units for at least a year, it was a perfect option for me and the cost was inline with a self storage unit. I had a situation where I was needing to remove my items when I came up for the Christmas holidays and found out they were going to be closed on the day I planned to move out the stuff.
