Apparently this is primarily a venue for dances, proms, weddings, etc. that has recently expanded…read moreto a concert venue. When the weather is nice I guess they will do concerts outside. But on a cold, sleeting, February evening the concert was inside. The walk from the parking lot to the front door was sketchy, and the winding stairs to get to the front door were slick. The venue itself doesn't have a liquor license (from what we were told) so they only sell 3 beers from a local brewery, as well as soda/water. We hadn't been here before, and purchased the VIP balcony seats assuming that they were the best view/vantage point. They were a RIP OFF. You're literally in the worst seats in the house - the VERY back. There's no bar upstairs and no bathrooms so you have to go up & down regardless. They had a "buffet" set out that included roast beef, macaroni & cheese, and rolls. Maybe one other food item. It was NOT worth the additional $20/ticket. I'm assuming this venue is looking for additional sources of revenue but they're just not setup to be a concert venue. Unless there was a music legend that I was dying to see playing here, I won't be back. Two stars because the setup would be nice for a wedding or special occasion event.

The person sitting beside me paid $45 and I paid $81 for the exact row seating! RIP off! Thank goodness I was there a 1/2 hour early because the show started 1/2 early which is a big NO NO! There were no food available at the time they advertised and the drinks were WAY OVERPRICED. The event was very unorganized. Deana Carter's performance was superior BUT the overall experience at Green Grove Gardens left a lot to be desired. I would not recommend attending their events.

TriState Event Planning Services owner/planner sent a PayPal link with the invoice of the remaining…read morebalance, I made the payment per the amount in PayPal but paid her twice by accident giving her a tip nearly $1000. I immediately noticed her of the mistake she agreed to reverse the funds. However, a revised invoice was submitted to me 2 days later after I left multiple messages via email, voicemail and text stating additional cost have been added and she is only returning partial funds. I stated to her that isn't how business is conducted and she doesn't decide how the customer money should be distributed without the customer's permission. Prior to doing anything that supersedes the set budget a company reached out to the customer and in this case she didn't; the additional cost was unclear. I asked the the owner to contact me to go over the revised contract in detail and waited for her call, she text and threaten legal action if I pursue anything. The initial contact was a estimate of cost with the understanding my set budget. I had no issues paying the PayPal amount, my issue is she decided to keep the overage and incorporated additional cost. There was over 300 balloons ordered but only 5 or 6 inflated, the food was burnt, I handled the events except for 1 by myself but she billed for additional hours. In the end she should have reversed the overage as agreed and we could have negotiated a price difference. Poor business practices erases the integrity of a business. She posted pictures from my daughter's party as though we were happy with her company's services. Wow!

After my first Zoom meeting with Heather I felt a huge wave of relief. She not only pulled this off within two months of working with me, but truly took care of me by keeping everyone organized. I had some health issues leading up to my wedding and she really just took charge in the last 2 weeks while I recovered. I can't put into words the kind of relief it was knowing she was in charge and seeing my vision come to life better than my expectations. I truly look back on my day and loved every moment, and I owe it to her. She had to deal with some tough personalities as well and took it in stride while remaining pleasant and professional.
