Would say it's an intermediate level room - could be really challenging for first time players or just two people who haven't done a bunch of rooms before. Don't be afriad to use the hints - we wouldn't have made it out with them. Have done several escape rooms before, and was pleased that a number of the puzzles here were different than I've seen in the past. The theme was integrated really well into the room throughout; one of the best themes I've seen (and hyper specific to Gettysburg too). Game Master was friendly and gave good hints when we needed them.

Our party of 6 visited for axe throwing last week. No one was in the facility when we arrived, we…read morewaited about 10 minutes until an employee arrived. The facility has 2 booths, 2 lanes each. We paid $40 for a private booth but were the only customers in the facility. So the extra $40 was wasted. She signed us in and then stated that she would be next door with another group in their escape room during our hour on the axe throwing lanes. Half of our group had never been axe throwing, she barely showed or explained throwing and was out the door. I have been to other businesses before and it was customary for them to stay with your group, ensure everyone was successfully throwing and then lead some games. Instead, our hour and $212 was wasted trying to learn on our own. I would never visit here again nor recommend.

Allex was a fantastic host and explained how the entire game was played. He was extremely attentive and knew exactly when to come in and help us. We didn't get to the end by ourselves, but had soooo much fun trying! Allex was also full of information about the facility and other tidbits and history about the area in general. We will definitely go back to try out the other rooms and highly recommend this as a different activity for entertainment.

My family and I lasted 2 hours at this pool. It wasn't for us. We were hoping for a nice family…read moreday at the pool. What we got was kids totally unsupervised doing and saying whatever they wanted, lifeguards not noticing dangerous horseplay, and the pool actually being shut down for 30 minutes because someone felt the need to pleasure themselves. While we were waiting for the lifeguards to clean the pool of the biohazard, bored teens were threatening younger kids with sexual battery and dropping the F-bomb. Another kid took my son's air pod right out of his ear. It was trashy and disgusting so we left. I will drive farther and pay more to go to the Aqua Center in Chambersburg if it means I can be around people who know how to behave in public and monitor their children better.

I feel like the game masters can make or break an experience. The room was awesome. Very well decorated, good ambience for the type of game we were playing. We needed quite a few hints to get going, which is completely fine. It was difficult to tell when a door or cabinet or drawer unlocked and opened because you couldn't hear it. It was a tough game but we love a good challenge. We did not escape this game but it would have been nice to have been greeted afterward to say "good job," but we were met with the same Young lady opening the door, without a word, we left. Id recommend giving the players an idea of how they might be successful next time or at least telling them thank you or have a good night. I also think asking if people would like a picture at the end of their game would be awesome. Overall it was a little disappointing because the rooms themselves were awesome.

Mine had layered stencils and the paint was not dry enough for the second layer. Then a staff person took over my project to get us out the door. It's smeared and she got some stain that was also not dry, on the painted portion. This was a gift from my daughter, and our projects were both on the higher price end. She said she wanted to cry because it was supposed to be a special time and both of our projects were smeared and we were rushed out of there.
