I don't think the employees/owners of this establishment understand the concept of maintenance. There are machines with problems that significantly hurt the experience of the game. Even after letting staff know of the issues they haven't been fixed in about a year. Prices are decent though. read more

Our kids absolutely love Cluggys. A great, moderately price family fun center. They have batting cages, rollerball, bounce houses & ballpit for the little ones. They recently upgraded their games, almost everything looks new. They serve pizzas, drinks and have private birthday areas. Ample parking & accept credit cards. read more

We only came for the batting cages. The staff offered us a flat rate per 1/2 hour stating it would be a better value than buying a bunch of tokens. The pitching machines actually worked quite well and didn't jam once during our hour of hitting. read more

I got ripped off they only gave me half a cup of tokens while everyone else got a full cup and I didnt do anything different than them and we never got to finish our go cart ride and the employees didn't pay attention to what they were doing which led to me getting ripped off also one of their games eats your tokens. read more

Was a lot of fun. We played mini golf and the course was adorable. The arcade was very clean and the workers polite and helpful.

A lot of machines were jammed up with tokens and tickets plus only one machine worked to cash the tickets in. definetly not enough workers for a Saturday. Only 1 staff member for the prizes sooo we waited in line forever. I felt bad for the employees. read more

We had my nieces 4th birthday party here today and it was a blast! I think the adults had more fun playing the games than the kids but they had a great time playing on the inside "jungle gym " and tunnels . We won my niece 8700+ tickets playing the claw machine and the dizzy Game. The first thing we noticed was a very helpful friendly staff on Aug.8th. The price for the karts and arcade were reasonable.Neat assortment of games.Clean bathrooms and easy parking.The only thing that was out of sorts was the price of the food,but not a problem when they are surrounded by many fast food businesses.Great place ! I took my 18 month old son here to play in the ball pit/toddler section. This was his first time being at an amusement center so he was a little shy about playing at first. The whole place was dead except for one other little girl who was interested in playing with my son. I was yelled at by an employee for being in the ball pit with my son and helping him through the equipment set up for the kids. I was really annoyed considering they were NOT busy at all and the fact of the age of my son he obviously needed help from Mom for some stuff. We were there for 10 minutes...they wouldn't refund me and they wouldn't allow me to give his wrist band to another child. I could understand if they were busy why I wouldn't be able to play with my son but they were NOT busy this day. Even the parents of the other child couldn't understand why they wouldn't allow me to help/play with my son. Besides that this place isn't very clean, the balls in the ball pit were filthy and the place itself is just plain outdated. I can't understand what all the hype is about this place. We won't be back here again, and I'll make sure I spread the word! read more
