Do not waste your time booking an appointment with this company, they are scammers. We booked a week in advance for today at 10:15am, it's 12pm and no one had the decency to call to cancel, advise us they are running late, nothing. I hope the business owner understands that people have lives and cannot revolve their day around waiting for a car wash. I'll try to make it brief. I did not see Yelp reviews before calling him - it looks like this is an ongoing issue. I should have verified Yelp first. On Wednesday I requested an appointment and the owner mentioned to me that he will be on Thursday (next day) at 8:00am. No show, no notification. Called back at 8:15am and he mentioned that one of his workers is not answering his phone and could not get in contact with him. He asked to re-schedule for Friday (following day) and that he will come himself. On the evening of the same day (Thursday) I sent a confirmation text and he responded: Yes, sir. Friday - no show, no notification. Called him, left him a voicemail. Send him a text. No notification. Waited for the whole day to end (maybe something happened). Nothing. He may be a good or not at his occupation, but most certainly not serious or professional managing his business. I'm giving the opportunity to another company that really wants to succeed. Awful service. Booked an appointment with him and was told he would be at my house between 8-9 am. 9 am came and went so I called asking what the status was. Owner said he was leaving Tavernier in 30 minutes. How can anyone with a reputable business be an hour and a half away from their appointment and not call to apologize or let me know. Don't waste your time. Made my appointment a week in advance. The day before I confirmed the appointment would be the next day at 7am. There I was on my day off up at 6:30am like an idiot thinking people would show up on time. The guy didn't show up until 8:30. It was raining that morning. It stopped raining at 7am. I paid for the "Green Diamond" package which according to their website includes "Green Diamond EXTERIOR: Pre Rinse, Foam Bath Shampoo, 2 Bucket Method Hand Wash, +Fine Grade Clay Bar, Dry with Microfiber Towel, +Machine Applied Wax, 2-3 Month Protection, +Water Based Tire Dressing No Sling, Wheel Wells Shine, Clean Front/Back of Wheels INTERIOR: Thorough Interior Vacuum, Cleans Small Cracks & Crevices, Wipe Down Interior, Dress All Plastics, Air Freshener, Clean Door/ Trunk Jams, Streak Free Window Cleaning, Blow Water Out of Every Crevice" My car didn't not receive a machine applied wax. again MY CAR DID NOT RECEIVE A "MACHINE APPLIED WAX" No "tire dressing" front and back of wheels not cleaned, even the spare tire on the back of my jeep is still dirty. The appointment was less than an hour long and my car was left dirty. Impossible to vacuum, wash and claybar in under an hour while doing a good job, not including anything else the packages supposedly includes. I sent pictures to the guy who answers the phone and said he'll send the car wash guy back. When I sent him the pictures he said they I need to pay for a better package. I'll post pictures. I'm sure I'll get a response on here stating I'm wrong but I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. You'll get the same car wash at the gas station for 20 bucks. That dirt in the door jam rubs off with your hand. Meaning if they used soap and water it would've came off. Found sand inside The guy ended up coming back and touched up the car which I really appreciated but it's still dirty. Not worth it. You can use the excuse of the package I ordered was a light clay bar and not a full clay bar but no excuse for the door jams and other issues. these are a few examples but there is more. Entire parts of the "package" I paid for weren't done. Do yourself the favor and get your car washed literally anywhere else. Looks like I went thru a automatic car wash. I'm curious to the reply( if I even do) that I'll get. Would be nice for them to fix the wrong but we'll see. read more

Not Happy with Service, you won't be either if they also never show up to do work. Prices are not set on work but rather the type of car you drive. Bad practice as a wash can be $20 to 40 depending on your Chevy or ferrari. A wash is a wash and not a detail. DO NOT RECOMMEND. read more

Amazing! First and foremost, they were friendly and very informative, he took the time to explain every service, (Pink, Green, Black, etc). Horrible. Not professional at all. After reading reviews I assumed they would be good so I proceeded to go to the site to book which I was impressed. Then it went all bad. The guy Carlos emailed me to ask what time I wanted so I said 12? Meaning 12 is that fine.. no response so I assumed it was booked. Then I call him the day off to check status since it was a little after 12 and he said I never confirmed. I was mad be I planned by day a certain way. Even still asked about having another car done. He said he will be at the location at 2. But as I was hang up the phone I was mad and did saying it was ridiculous but not once did I say do not come. Now 230 hits and still no wash. So I call and he wanted to reschedule for another day. Smh. Waste a good part of waiting. Just the professionalism was not there at all. Booked an appointment, then got an email asking where I was even though I provided my address. On the initial booking I said 11 am, they emailed me saying 10 is better. They never showed up or contacted me. Unprofessional. According to my experience and the other reviews these people don't know what they're doing. A 7-11 car wash is better. STAY FAR AWAY THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY. Absolutely horrible service, and customer service. "Detailed" (clean inside and out, and wax) My wife's car, leaving trash and dirt all over the all weather mats. Door, trunk jams were completely untouched left black with dirt. Tires were not shinned. Upon calling them to complain, they stated that "$50.00 is not a detail it is merely a car wash". When I asked them why the vehicle had not been waxed, the door jams and trunk jams hadn't been cleaned, and the tires hadn't been shinned they responded "the car was dirty". At no point did they offer to work with us, provide a follow up service, or a full or partial refund. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone. read more

I had scheduled an appointment for these guys to come out and wash my husband's car for his birthday. Their emails were unprofessional and they never confirmed the appointment beforehand, so I was already a little skeptical. Then they never showed up to our house. My husband called them 30 minutes after they were supposed to be there and they said they forgot about our appointment and would send someone right away. That's great, but they still never showed up! We waited for three hours and no one even bothered to at least call. I was very disappointed with how unprofessional and careless they were with our appointment. Texted me with some lame "Flat tire" excuse, and told me as soon as he got it fixed would come to my house. 6 hours later (I could change 25 tires in that time frame) still no show. Hands down probably the only Mobile Car detailer I trust with my car. Had Carlos come out and apply the V-Mafia wax on my car to protect it from contaminants. A week later the paint shines as bright as the first day he did the wax. May I add the water beads up and falls right off the paint. I had an every other week appointment for our boat scheduled with BDD the two first times was great called and confirmed the appointments even cleaned my cars the second time. Even though they did not clean the bed covers on our trucks at all and said that was extra when it shouldn't be if it's PART of the vehicle. But it all went downhill from that second time around. When it was my third visit for my scheduled bi-weekly boat cleaning; never did they follow up to confirm their 2pm appt; like the first two times. I had to call them almost at 3pm to only get told we will be there around 5 sorry for inconvenience I had someone stay home cancelled their plans for the rest of the day to wait for them. Almost 6pm that day no call no nothing until again I had to call them and ask what was going on the owners excuse was we got super busy and delayed at this customers can we come tomorrow at 10am so again I said yes to this, for the next morning to come and not show up and this point I was beyond livid! Very unprofessional and careless company. Never did the owner Carlos answer my phones or texts after that it's been over 4 months since this happened and yet he hasn't even have the decency to call and explain himself for the unprofessional service he provided for me but like I said in a text message to him once I notice he did not answer me that I didn't need his poor unprofessional careless services anymore but I will find someone else. And needless to say I did I had called to my family's detailer Miami Luxe and they've kept it professional and always ALWAYS call and even send me a picture of their gps location when they're in route to me! Submitted an inquiry through there website for a specific service and received an email asking for pictures, sent them pictures a day or so later and got a response later in the day with a price that was reasonable so I proceeded to make an appointment for which they never showed up and their excuse was "I completely forgot about you" they apologized and offered to do the job for free so we set it up for after 5pm Monday 3/18/19. So now it's Monday 3/18/19 7pm and still no one showed up, their excuse this time was "the time wasn't confirmed" when texts clear state after 5pm and they responded "that's fine".... so they advised they will be out on 3/19/19 in the afternoon and still no show, no call, NOTHING!
