My biggest problem was the customer service. The mechanic (whose first language was not English) had problems locating the proper jack fitting for my Tesla. Then he claimed that the tire could not be repaired. It was a simple plug fix but he wanted to either patch or replace the tire. It was only resolved when a manager became involved. Very nice lady manning the front desk but again seemed confused. Might be a one off but I probably would not recommend if other options are available.

When I went to my car the manager came over and knock on my window. At that point I think he was trying to make the right thing and take care of the nail. Instead of that when I put the window down he yelled at me this exact words... "Be sure don't come here in the future for your cars problems.." Way to go Wheaton's. If I'm the owner of the business I will be ashamed of those kind of employees running the shop.

I was told my AC compressor and stuff along with it was bad and if I fixed that my problem would be solved. Paid them for the diagnostic, then paid for the parts and labor, around $2000 later I thought we were good only to have the AC go out again. Took it back to Charlie's only for him to say "there's an electrical issue." How did you not find it before? Why would you fix something without fixing the actual issue first? Ridiculous. Since this happened, they don't seem to think they are responsible and don't even contact me back with an explanation.

I told him I had just replaced the battery and he reiterated the meter said it was bad, but should be under warranty and should be replaced. I did not change my battery, and 3 months later is still starting every time.
