I had a rolling island in the RV they never secured it. It fell over and went through the wall. they also cut off the awning light that went underneath. It never put it back on it just threw it inside. The RV. Travel Trailer had a black awning on it. They said they ordered it. They called me said ordered the wrong awning. It's white to black which I didn't want, but I need my Travel Trailer back because I was living in it. at the time in the middle of selling my house and waiting for my new to on it's . Then they up charging me $1400 and they wouldn't charge me tax. That was my big discount.when contacting them then they kept saying that the manager would get back to me which never did six days later the guy that towed the trailer was on the phone saying they have no manager and he started yelling at me and telling me it was my problem my fault I should've had everything closed up. They did not want to fix anything in the Travel Trailer. I told them I'm gonna call the Better Business Bureau. They said they didn't care do it and that they're not refunding any money. Their customer service is awful and so are they beware? in conclusion, I did report them to the Better Business Bureau.

What they did, as far as I can tell was OK. However, I had a list of 7 items to do and they had our…read moreRV for a week. None of the items would take more than an hour. They only did three, barely. I asked them to turn on our frig with propane the day before pick up as we were headed out of town. Simple request IMO. They said they would but didn't. When we left, fortunately we had to stop about 10 miles down the road and found the front panel to the engine OPEN! They didn't lock it back up after doing the oil change. Thank god I had stopped or I could've been driving for hours with the panel open. I called to tell them and a nasty woman told me "stuff happens". STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE if you want to have the work you requested done.

Hi there, First time…read morevisiting and the shop looks great so far. I've only been here about 15 minutes, but I wanted to share a couple quick observations that might improve the waiting area experience. One suggestion would be to consider replacing the cloth waiting chairs with plastic, pleather, or leather seating. Cloth can sometimes trap dust or mites and is harder to sanitize regularly compared to wipeable surfaces. Another idea might be adding a couple of massage chairs (even just 2-3). It would allow customers to relax while they wait and could really enhance the experience. Lastly, it might help to have guest Wi-Fi available without needing to ask for a password. Sometimes customers prefer not to interrupt staff while they're busy, especially during peak times. Everything else looks great so far, and I'm looking forward to the service. Just thought I'd share these observations as a first-time customer. Thanks!

I have come here so many times over the years and the staff was always really helpful and kind. as…read morethey were yesterday, BUT! I was told yesterday that I needed two new tires on the passenger side that they were basically bald. Each tire would have been around $120. Which I would need an alignment, granted I did need one anyway. They also wanted to charge me for mounting, (which I get all places do things differently) that charge would've been about $430. The mechanic stated that I needed to change my brake fluid, I already did that the last time I was there. Xavier fixed the mistake since apparently that was supposed to be for another car. But I was still baffled that they said my tires were bad... I told them I would pass. I took my car to another place this morning... MY TIRES ARE NO WHERE NEAR BALD AND THERE IS STILL THREADING! My tires are in better condition than the used tires I saw around the shop! I don't know if the mechanic screwed up and put someone else's information on my account. I don't think I'll be going back. They almost costed me 1000 for things I didn't need.

BUYER BEWARE! STAY AWAY! I purchased a camper and was told…read morethey were waiting on the title to be delivered. After two weeks of "it is lost in the mail," I found another camper that I wanted to purchase from a friend and decided to sell the one I acquired from RV4Cash. I waited 2 months for the title of the camper and had to turn away numerous individuals that were ready to buy. In speaking with the dealer, I told him that I would like to be compensated; the camper is sitting in a lot that has a monthly rent and would have been sold the first month had the title been in when he said. He agreed that this was reasonable. Unfortunately, he is no longer able to answer my phone calls now that this time has come.

WELL THEY LIED AGIAN I HAVE SEVERAL LEAKS THAT ARE GOING TO REQUIRE REPAIR and finally they told me the title would come form the state but in checking with the state the title was printed on the day of sale and should have been at the dealer so now have to go file for stolen title and get it replaced beware stay away from this dealer

The…read morefirst time, they tried to force me to buy a vehicle without even letting me see it, and on top of that, they were rude. I walked out. This time, I called to see if we could make a deal on a truck. As usual, they added over $7,000 in hidden fees and demanded 20%-30% down, saying "that's what everyone does." That's not a deal -- that's pressure. I told them I wasn't interested. I found another truck I liked: a 2024 with 20,000 miles listed at $55,000. I clearly told them I would buy it the same day if they sold it for $50,000, with $20,000 down and financing the remaining $30,000, no hidden fees. That's a serious, clean offer. Their response? "We'll call you back." They never did. Honestly, I'm glad. I would never recommend this place to anyone. This dealership clearly doesn't know how to do business -- they only know how to ask for money. They don't understand that you have to sell cars to make money, and not everyone is desperate to buy a new vehicle. There are plenty of other dealerships that actually know how to work with customers.
