Explain to us to repair would not take longer than one to two hours it needed a new brake pod supposedly. The guy five days explaining he had difficulty with his crew /mechanics on hand. We were very patient called several times no response at the end of it. He was very rude. Gave us a very high bill explaining nothing in detail of what he done demanded cash as payment. We highly recommend you stay very clear of this company. He threatened to fight my husband and threatened to put a mechanics lien on the truck, even though we did not sign any paperwork or receive any written estimate prior to any work being done. The guy is a big-time scam. Artist does not know how to treat his customers screams and yells in your a very aggressive technique to threaten in payment or else. If you're looking for a reliable mechanic in and around Albuquerque, please do not use this company. We have seen various for reviews that stayed the same thing we wish we would've looked it up before deciding to take our RV to this guy. Bad business man in general he did not even fix the RV by the time we made it to Amarillo the brake pad that he supposedly replaced had to be replaced by the TA in Amarillo, which gave us a written estimate and a timeframe of the work to be done done a thorough inspection of our RV and said that everything that he said he fixed did not need fixed or has not had any repairs done to it. So we were definitely scammed. Please use caution if ever dealing with this company, but like I said previously, I highly recommend staying very clear of all hard fleet services.

En Route RV Repair saved my future camping trips! I took the time to watch online videos about how…read moreto fix the essential piece of hardware (the bed bow) on my pop up and went so far as to purchase the necessary hardware to fix the bed bow from Coleman. I watched a few more helpful repair videos from Coleman and when they showed which tools were necessary for the repair of this bed bow, I realized I had two problems - . I didn't have the budget for the tools necessary to make said repairs, the space, and the time. I consulted Yelp for RV repair. There were several factors that lead me to choose Robert Schmid at En Route RV repair 1. He is by far the cheapest mobile RV repair businesses 2. He answered me first 3. He answered all my questions. 4. He asked great questions 5. He was receptive to me sending him the Coleman videos for reference 6. The other businesses I reached out to, were unavailable and referred me elsewhere or got back to me a few days later 7. I set up an appointment on a Saturday for Robert to come out to me on Monday (he does offer weekend repair, but it's more expensive and with my situation, I could wait) Monday came around and Robert showed up exactly when he said he would. He was accompanied by his daughter/assistant, Baylee, who was super helpful and a great conversationalist. Robert and I talked about the exact problem, he had the correct tools to get the job done, and he used the repair part I purchased from Coleman. Robert also let me observe his process (fixing things always interests me) and I learned a few things about my pop up in the process. Robert also made sure the functioning of the bed bow was correct after he made the repair. Because his price includes an hour of work, and the fix he did for me, was less than 60 minutes, he also talked to me about a few other details re: other repairs and maintenance about my pop-up that I was concerned about. Now, I have a plan of action for the other bits and pieces I need to manage re: using my pop-up. After Robert's visit/repair/consultation, I feel more confident about taking care of my pop-up in general and I was super satisfied with the repair that Robert made by the time he finished. His work is careful, attentive and smart. Robert also informed me that if I am out of town and run into trouble with my pop-up, he will travel. It may cost more due to distance, but sometimes that doesn't matter if you really need help. I highly recommend En Route RV Repair. The value is there, the workmanship is there and the punctuality is there, too. Robert has a history of working at local RV maintenance/repair businesses in Albuquerque and when he started his own business, he took the initiative to get further training. That experience and training was evident in my experience working with Robert

Our front jacks would not extend, Norwood our main living room and kitchen slides. Luckily for us, our floor plan still allowed us to reach half the refrigerator, the bedroom and bathroom. Upon arrival in town, we searched the RV tech reviews, and decided to call Sean. We left a message for them to call the next morning and they did call, at 7 AM! We talked to Michelle, who informed us that Sean would be at his shop until 3 PM and we were welcome to stop by. She gave us the address and Google maps did not do such a great job considering the length of our RV, and suggesting u-turns. With the RV and truck we're close to 60 feet long. So make sure you double check other options! We should've come in over the railroad tracks and turn left onto Oak, and follow it straight back. Sean and his son Jayden, were absolutely wonderful. They diagnosed our problem quickly to get us back on our way. We had such a great experience and they saved us so much time, that we actually went to Blake's Lotaburger and bought them lunch! For us too, of course. They were kind enough to allow us to drop the RV while we ran to get the lunch and diesel. I would imagine that would depend on how much room they have in their parking area. I cannot highly recommend Sean enough. It's been such a positive experience that he's became or go to RV tech, even if we have to drive out of our way as we are full-time RV'ers

TERRIBLE!!! Wow!…read more Total waste of time and money. Don't know what their doing at all. Didn't even know how to open an awning. Almost broke it by not releasing the locking mechanism. After de-winterizing, didn't know why the kitchen sink faucet flow was slow. They said there was no pressure yet the flow was good everywhere else in the RV. ??? It was, of course, just the screen in the faucet head. Unscrewed it and cleaned the screen and it flowed beautifully. Took about two minutes to fix. Very common for this to happen after winterizing. Said the carbon monoxide detector was missing. The RV is a 2004 Itasca and did not come with one. How did they not know that these detectors were not required, nor installed, until 2005? Told us the tires, which are in GREAT condition, needed replacing or could "blow out". Had them checked at Discount Tire and they said PLENTY of tread and NO signs of cracking or crazing. Also, they had at least two years left before they "timed out" as they can on RVs. The list goes on and on. VERY expensive waste of time. Find somebody else who knows what they are doing!

In addition, all the exterior marker lights as well as the taillights were destroyed by the storm. Despite having a full service roster, they were able to squeeze me in, on short notice, thereby saving my seasons elk hunt. Now I know they can't always do this, and most places would not even try. They didn't have to take on this last minute rush job but they did. They even made time to do extra necessary repairs. This is my second exceptional experience with Myers RV Center. Last year they replaced my wheel bearings and brakes. They are professional, trustworthy and do immaculate work. They even vacuumed the debris from inside the trailer, which they totally weren't required to do. I am so grateful to Myers for taking such good care of my camper. And by the way, my rig is an older model. It's not all shiny and new but they treated me like a valued customer just the same. Myers, you have an amazing team and a work ethic that is so rare. I highly recommend Myers RVCenter for all your camper needs. They are knowledgeable, trustworthy and they do excellent work. Your team rocks! The communication was flawless. Repairs completed faster than expected. I am an older single woman, and my experience was flawless. I definitely expressed I was more concerned with functionality over making it look pretty, but guess what? I got both. Definitely breathed new life into my camper and preserved it for years to come. My sincere thanks to all involved. Thanks for recommending having the roof resealed. I feel so much better knowing the work was done correctly. And everything stayed dry as a bone during these last couple of storms! Your extra touches did not go unnoticed! Best Regards, Mikki Avis

The only help we could find was having a mobile tech retract the slide so that we could at least get going and find a permanent solution later. I called Myers RV Center, Customer Service Manager, Brian Parrott, and left a message. Fifteen minutes later, he called back! I was able to explain the problem and sent him pictures and a video. He didn't hesitate to offer his help and advice on the best way to proceed. He gave me the best-case and worst-case scenarios, which I appreciated because I knew the challenges upfront. I told Brian that we had arranged to get help retracting the slide and would be in Albuquerque, New Mexico, the next morning. Brian got us into his shop the next morning by 10:15am, and by roughly 2:00 pm, we were back on the road and headed home to Colorado. John, the technician who worked on our slide, found us in the customer lounge, where we were waiting (and anticipating bad news). He said "it's done and fixed", and you are ready to go!! John explained that he was able to remove the two broken/sheared-off bolts from the metal support block, which allowed him to use the existing hydraulic cylinder assembly and install new bolts. However, the bigger question John had was why the bolts sheared off to begin with. John took the time and made an effort to look for a root cause and discovered that the hydraulic cylinder assembly on our 10-year-old Tiffin Bus had started to sag, most likely creating a binding or tension on the cylinder when it was in retracting or extending mode. John was able to add a foam-padded shim between the frame and hydraulic housing to support the hydraulic assembly better, thereby eliminating the sag and binding. John went one step further, checking the other hydraulic slide assemblies, and recommended supporting one additional hydraulic housing. From the moment I contacted Brian to our face-to-face discussion with John, the technician, in their customer lounge area, I can tell you it was 100% honest and professional. They went out of their way to accommodate us in a way that is unfortunately not the norm in the RV Service Industry today. It's a 3 1/2-hour drive from our home in Colorado to Myers RV in Albuquerque, but they have more than earned our future business with the kindness and professionalism they extended to us. Sincerely, Terry and Diana
