We found John (the owner) to be an honest, hardworking contractor who rebuilt our front porch. He went to at least 3 different lumber yards to find just the right wood for the project rather than simply running to Home Depot to buy whatever they had on hand. He's VERY detailed which we appreciated. He gives a senior discount (we're not old enough to take advantage of it) but it's really nice that he does that for the elderly. John's not the cheapest around but he's got insurance , follows all the rules of city codes, is on time and does a good job. Nice fellow too.

The guy worked all day, took maybe 10-15 minute break, and when done, cleaned up the roof mess, and all the crud from his work area. Took total pride, and was very respectable during the job. I will continue to use for all jobs around my home, and have more painting and deck and stairs this summer to be redone. Thanks to a fantastic company :)

Similar to the other reviews though, the guys left a bunch of mess everywhere. Pros: - Cheaper and more responsive than anyone else for the quick turnaround job. - The crew was nice and respectful - Gonzalez responds very quickly - For what they do (laying down concrete), they were knowledgeable and did a good job Cons: - The crew was not prepared to do the prep for the base. I mentioned there were going to be tree roots and a slight slope but when they got here, all they had were pickaxes. They had to borrow my chainsaw, wheelbarrow which they put cement in, and my tamper to tamp down the gravel. This should be standard but I'm sure not all homes wouldn't have that handy. They also charged me a little extra since the guys were struggling breaking apart the roots. Then they left ALL the roots and dirt. So now I have a giant dirt and root pile I need to figure how to dispose of. - There was cement liquid all over the place. I'll probably need to hire someone to pressure wash or remove the stains from my driveway. -Random water bottles were left. Not a big deal but just something that aligns with the other reviews of leaving stuff. - They literally dumped the water mixed with concrete on my lawn, right in front of me. They didn't dispose of it in a corner or somewhere away from the site - just right in the middle of my lawn which killed my grass in that spot. Basically, if you have the site completely ready and they just need to pour the concrete and don't care about a little cleanup, they're great. If not, be prepared for them to use your equipment and leave some mess.

The entire project took 8 hours and those folks are HARD WORKERS!! The transformation of my driveway is incredible. They thoroughly prepared my driveway and patched about 100 cracks... they resurfaced the whole thing and they did a fantastic job! They cleaned up all of the cement remnants and packaging. She needs work on an older house and that can get costly however they are working well with her they are not out to take every penny she has. I could not be more pleased with the professionalism and work ethic they displayed as it took approximately twice as long as was expected. They just kept at it until all three lines were completely cleared and running clear. Sean was the lead on this group. I thought the final cost was very reasonable considering they and a two man crew from Goeble worked for nearly 4 hours on what was originally estimated to take a little over half that time.
