I had a catastrophic flood in my kitchen and initially contacted another company, which raised red flags from the beginning. John from AAA, came out and provided an estimate, worked with my insurance adjuster and crafted a reasonable plan for my repairs. Dennis followed up keeping contact with me throughout the entire process. He was always willing to discuss, or adjust the plan as needed. The cabinet company, drywaller/painter, flooring and countertop teams were timely, professional and friendly. As a bonus we came in under budget and I was able to use that money for additional upgrades. Thanks to Dennis and his teams for making smart suggestions that ensured I got the kitchen I love at the cost I loved even more. I can't stop telling people how much I love this company!

We were referred to Juan and Xtreme Roofing. Juan came promptly, surveyed the damage, and provided an estimate (insurance did not pay for the roof, but they were great at covering the interior work). Not only was the estimate reasonable--as well as the final cost--but the work was done efficiently and on schedule. The insurance company then spent some time flying a drone over the finished work to verify satisfactory completion. (Some of the problems resulted from an improper installation of a plumbing drain vent [no flashing was used] during the original construction--26 years ago; other issues were simply age related in conjunction with poor drainage design.) We plan to have them come regularly to make sure everything remains waterproof and in good repair--we do not want to go through the destruction and renovation process again.

We finally got what we contracted to have done finished before Thanksgiving with the promise, after we paid him, he would be back in the spring to help us with our sprinkler system, and replace any plants that died. We have been calling since March to schedule a time for him to come out, but he never returns our calls or texts. We hired another company to help us with our sprinkler system this spring as well as finish setting up the water feature.
