Not only did he give us a fair estimate, he sent photos and was able to fix the roof the same afternoon. He sent photo's as the work progressed, kept us informed and identified a few issues we didn't even know we had and promptly fixed them. We were referred to Juan and Xtreme Roofing. Juan came promptly, surveyed the damage, and provided an estimate (insurance did not pay for the roof, but they were great at covering the interior work). Not only was the estimate reasonable--as well as the final cost--but the work was done efficiently and on schedule. The insurance company then spent some time flying a drone over the finished work to verify satisfactory completion. (Some of the problems resulted from an improper installation of a plumbing drain vent [no flashing was used] during the original construction--26 years ago; other issues were simply age related in conjunction with poor drainage design.) We plan to have them come regularly to make sure everything remains waterproof and in good repair--we do not want to go through the destruction and renovation process again.

We hired this company to roof our brand new house, he said it would be done in a couple of weeks…read more Almost 4 months later it was completed after their many, many excuses and delays. Then 7 months later when the rain came we had a major roof leak, we called but he did not show up. We had to hire another company to fix it and they found lots of issues they had to tear out and repair / replace. Josh will not answer our calls to get restitution and his insurance company said his insurance coverage was cancelled.

I have…read morebeen calling him to fix some issues. they are very unprofessional and do not show up when they say they will. I believe the issue with my roof is that they could not get the lay out right. It is obvious, because all of the cap tiles are short and do not reach under the rake tiles. the valleys look bad because little peace do not plane with the rest of the roof . the valley tiles are also cut at different angles and it looks horrible.
