This photo is of the finished repair. This was a small repair but because it was custom décor in our shower we needed someone to do the repair who could replicate the pattern before the stones had come loose. Terry from A Jackson Masonry did a perfect job. He was so meticulous and conscientious in making sure the repair was done in the very best manner possible. He did the work in about 5 hours over 2 days. After completing the work on day 1 he came back on day 2 to touch up the joint work and make the job look perfect. On day 2 he was even going to remove the original joint material he used and replace it with a different material because he was concerned that it wasn't as good a material as he thought it should be. We ended up deciding on the original material rather than have him redo that part of the job. That is the level of integrity that Terry has in making sure his work is the best it can possibly be. When we discovered our roof had been leaking in hidden areas so long that in places mushrooms had…read morebegun to grow--besides mold--our insurance company insisted the roof be repaired professionally before they would cover the costs to mitigate the damage done to the inside of the house. We were referred to Juan and Xtreme Roofing. Juan came promptly, surveyed the damage, and provided an estimate (insurance did not pay for the roof, but they were great at covering the interior work). Not only was the estimate reasonable--as well as the final cost--but the work was done efficiently and on schedule. The insurance company then spent some time flying a drone over the finished work to verify satisfactory completion. (Some of the problems resulted from an improper installation of a plumbing drain vent [no flashing was used] during the original construction--26 years ago; other issues were simply age related in conjunction with poor drainage design.) We plan to have them come regularly to make sure everything remains waterproof and in good repair--we do not want to go through the destruction and renovation process again.
