Last year I bumped the fake rock that covers those pipes, causing a water leak emergency that Randy from Sprinkler Master handled quickly and for a reasonable price. When I called Sprinkler Master, I explained the situation to Naomi and she quickly got us on the repair schedule. She was friendly and personable, and put my mind at ease, which is no easy feat. Terrell came out and dug up the area around those pipes and located the source of the leak. He went to work, ultimately outsmarting those tricky connections and solved the problem. He replaced the dirt, cleaned up the work site, and did it all with a friendly, helpful attitude and pride in his work.
