Enter the fine folks at Intelligent Fitness. The place is on the small side - but they are really good at scheduling the classes - for the most part spinning is what they do - and there are plenty of choices so that you should be able to get the time / day you are looking for. The equipment is in fine shape and the instructors are very good at running the class and keeping you involved - plus they kept an eye on me the first time to be sure I didn't keel over and die. Thanks! Excellent place and they run Groupon specials from time to time so you can try before you dive in. Parking all around

Each trainer has a different style, but their energy is high and commitment to personal and achievable improvement is clearly evident. Hannah was the first personal trainer I met at the SB location -- I cannot say enough wonderful things about her -- I love her style, energy, and commitment to healthy living. We talk about many things health-related, including diet, nutrition, lifestyle, and the importance of self care. She encourages me at my most fatigued, and delivers great results. Kolja is another member of my training team, and his encouragement, patience, and enthusiasm peppered with lots of humor makes the routines enjoyable and achievable. His military service is inspirational and a great part of why he is so dedicated to carrying out all "missions" for his gym clients. Kyle is the third of my favorites at the SB location -- his friendliness, patience with clients of all abilities, enthusiasm, humor, and love for good country music to work out by are all a part of his unique style. He knows when to push and when to encourage in a creative individualized way. Even though all of my trainers are young enough to be my children, I respect their knowledge, enthusiasm, patience, concern, and most of all, their professionalism. I couldn't have asked for a better team to make me feel comfortable and to help me get into a healthier lifestyle. Love them!! Highly recommend them all!

Realistically, I needed a workout program that allowed me to juggle being a mother, a full-time working professional, and my sanity. I trusted Kelly O Fitness to provide me a nutrition and training program that built me up, rather than made me feel defeated in my newly postpartum, soft body. My training program is now just three days a week of strength training, each day just 20 minutes or less (because life moves fast and a working mother doesn't have time for any more than that!), and I can happily say that within four weeks I am below my pre-pregnancy weight . I recommend Kelly O Fitness to everyone who wants to get strong, toned, and feel bad ass.

She's so full of energy and so optimistic! I always walk out of her gym space feeling better than when I walked in. She wears a mask during the session so that's just another precaution she takes to make you feel more comfortable. She asked me what, if any, injuries I had and took that into account when giving the exercises to do. She trains people of all ages and all sizes and all fitness abilities. I believe she also will help with nutrition or meals, if needed. I highly recommend her!

You gotta try it. Cardio Kickboxing and weight training. It is a commitment. The motivating factor…read morewas money. It's hard to depart with $300.00 when you don't know if you will like it or not. So like a geek I was. I did the math. $300 for 10 weeks. 50 classes. 5 Days a week is 6.00 a day for 55 minutes. Which is very reasonable considering pilates classes or zumba classes are like 10-15 a class. After 10 weeks, I saw and felt results. Arms and legs wer more toned. Pants and shirts are too big for me. Starting around week 7, my pants were looser on me. It's a very non intimidating environment. There will always be newcomers and "repeaters" in class. The all female instructors are great motivators and will always show low and high impact moves. Members' fitness ability vary but there is no judgment here. We're all here for our own reasons. I was very comfortable in every session. Orientation: The Sunday before the first class, you will be weighed, measured, get your picture taken and do sit-ups and push-ups. Packets will be handed out about the program and some diet information that will aid in reaching your goals. I personally followed it 80% of the diet they suggested. Come on, I have yelp reviews to write about great places to eat. No one wants to hear about carrots and hummus. At this point, you will need to buy punching gloves. I suggest the ones they have on hand. $40.00. It has a lot of protection when you hit the bag. I looked online and sporting good stores but I liked the one they were offering. Reasonable prices. Week 1 First 10 minutes, I asked myself "Ah crap! what did I get myself into? Sucking air!!!! Face tingled. Week 2 Got sick from a cold. Ab work SUCKS!!!! Pulsing sucks. Toughed it out. Week 3 WTF?? Spiderman push-up?? I can't do that. Push-ups for me. 100 squats?? Crap!!! Still sick. Week 4 Situps are cool. But situp and punch, punch sucks. Push up sucks. Jumping roping is always fun. But another great week. Week 5 Sprained ankle. Missed the entire week. Going through withdrawal. For REAL!! This is the week they do a midpoint assessment. You will get weighed and measurements will be taken to see how you are progressing. The 5 weeks passed, you will see a difference. Week 6 and week 7 was a blur. It went by so fast. Intense stuff Week 8 The good stuff and killer workouts starts here. More cardio. Punch harder. Holding longer. Week 9 CARDIO is more intense with every session. Weights are asked to be a slight heavier than what we started at week 1 & 2. Arms are still burning from upper body workout. Cursing out instructors at this point. Week 10 If I am losing weight, it has to be from sweating too. There's a very very short recovery time. Heart rate is always higher than normal. I cringed when Karen called for 100 Crunches. I sigh when I heard 50 crunches and then another 50 at the end of the session. I come out feeling great and gross from sweating. Final evaluation is on the Sunday after the 10 weeks are over. The winner will win another 10 week session, which is awesome. I will miss the intense workout and the instructors. But if the timing was right, I will do it again in a heart beat.

I joined TBBC in March of 2018, I really wanted some help back into fitness as I stopped working out for 6 months. Being rusty I was a bit nervous for my first class with Kathy and was immediately welcomed with a warm smile and introduced to all the members. As for the classes, each class is different and a ton of fun! Don't get me wrong you're still working hard but they make it fun for us! Another thing that really stuck out to me was their ability to assist students with moderations and correct movements that we were doing incorrect with ease and reasoning! Also each instructor has a different style, which works wonders on the body. Coaches (they may have changed since I moved) : Kathy, Bill H, Bill and KC ! All incredible! Bill H who is also the owner is hands on and even wrote a book! I shared a picture of my 1 month progress with TBBC. I BARELY changed my diet. All the progress was with the help of TBBC, I tried to attend the classes 2-3 times per week! Worth it!

The equipment is modern, well-maintained, and you can tell they really take pride in the place. The front desk team was super friendly and welcoming, and that same vibe seems to carry throughout the entire gym. I joined almost three months ago and took advantage of a sign-up special that included three coaching sessions. I figured it would be a good way to get familiar with the gym and learn my way around. I was paired with Trainer Amanda, and honestly, that turned out to be one of the best decisions I've made. She's knowledgeable, motivating, and somehow makes training fun. I had no intention of continuing with personal training after those first three sessions, but here I am already into my second 12-session package. (shout-out to Amanda ) The training packages are also very reasonably priced compared to what I've paid elsewhere. One of the driving reasons I needed to join a gym was because I needed to do more cardio but I HATE cardio machines. From the beginning when I told Amanda this, we started doing sessions in the outdoor area where she created training blocks for me that keeps it fun, interesting and keeps my heart rate up.. The sled is the (new to me) piece of equipment that I love to hate the most lol I'm already noticing improvements in my strength and balance, and my clothes are fitting noticeably looser. At 52, that's pretty great because loosing weight and gaining muscle is just not as easy as it was, especially in the last 10 years. I've belonged to high-end gyms like Equinox in the past, FitLife is just so much better. This is the gym I was hoping for when I was paying super-premium prices for those other places. I don't usually write reviews unless I'm either really disappointed or really impressed, and FitLife has for sure impressed me.

Unfortunately, my recent interaction with the fitness director, William (Will), completely changed that experience for me. In front of my friend who recently joined the gym and asked me how to properly use the equipment and in front other members, I was aggressively accused of training people at the gym. When I explained that I do not train clients there and that my social media does not advertise personal training services, I was repeatedly met with comments like "I'm not stupid" and claims that he "sees everything" on my Instagram. What made the situation even more uncomfortable was that manager Justin witnessed the entire interaction and stood back without stepping in or attempting to de-escalate the situation. Instead of feeling supported as a long-time member, I felt publicly embarrassed, singled out, and harassed. After over 5 years of loyalty to this gym, I never expected to be approached and spoken to in such an unprofessional and confrontational manner. A respectful private conversation would have been far more appropriate than being challenged publicly in front of others. I still appreciate many aspects of this gym, but this experience seriously changed my perception of the environment and management. I hope situations like this are handled with more professionalism, discretion, and respect moving forward.
