I called right before closing time on Thursday because we broke the glass in our front window facing the street, and Shemi offered to send his technician the same day. We appreciated the offer for such expeditious service but weren't able to be home for the appointment that evening. The next day we met Ilay, the service technician who was responsible for the repair. Due to it being a holiday weekend, Ilay was not able to have our glass cut and ready for pick-up until today (Monday). We received a text this morning from Ilay confirming the glass was ready and confirming our service time. Ilay showed up promptly at 1pm, completed the repair in just 1hr, and left our residence spotless from his repair work. Ilay was very professional and a pleasure to talk to. He even took a moment to show our dog a bit of love! I would highly recommend Royalty Glass! They're top notch!

I always look up companies on the DPBR, I look at photos of their work, and the general presentation of the business. Aztec didn't have any reviews, but I found enough data to pull the trigger. Brilliant choice. Jesus showed up on time and was super friendly. He pulled the permits, arranged the inspection, and kept me in the loop the whole time. He even went to Home Depot and picked up the trim and threshold after giving me options. Every detail was covered, and I now have an amazing door. While he was working, I kept getting texts asking who the guy was and what the company was. I could hear people approaching him and talking to him, and I kept thinking these people won't leave him alone. I could hear him treat everyone with the same respect and answer their questions. Though it could be the really cool, straw jungle hat he was wearing, they wanted to check it out. One of my neighbors had her door replaced by Jesus a few weeks later, after seeing the work he did on my place. Before and after photo attached.
