My unit remained vacant for three months without a tenant or any discernible progress. My calls went unanswered, and I had to repeatedly contact her via text messages, to which she would typically respond two days later. When I brought my concerns to upper management, she attempted to rectify the situation, but unfortunately, it was beyond repair. Ultimately, I had to terminate the agreement. I then engaged a management company that proved to be exceptionally proactive and communicative. They successfully identified a new tenant within a week, and the tenant moved in the following week. It is truly regrettable to operate and work in such circumstances when one cannot conduct business professionally. They have no communication skills and blame staffing issues, covid and take no responsibility themselves. You constantly have to call and keep on top of them as to when repairs are going to be done. The Hoa is repeatedly sending me letters telling me how bad the property looks. My neighbors complain to me as well. My husband and I are home owners as well, with properties in other states and would never treat our renters like this. We would never trust them to manage our properties.
