What's unique about Armando is he customizes the workouts to your age, stage and body. He also goes the extra mile to stretch you and work on problem areas. He's very knowledgable, personable and motivating. He also is a good example of fitness, flexibility and lifestyle. Don't let the lack of machines or bar bells rack you out. I come back they said "oh even though you couldn't use the shower for 4 months you still owe us 110$" what is crazy is I never canceled anything, I just paid the bill. And now I'm oppressed to pay for services I never received. It's sad but there will be other places that have memberships that will allow me to shower after natural disasters or island wide power outages. Super dissatisfied with the way enrolling went after it wasn't even my fault I'm penalized and forced to pay. Thank god it rains every other day, the lord has my back for showers

We were able to leave all of our belonging at their location. We were given basic instructions and sent on our way. There is a small sand bar where we rested, swam and enjoyed the view.
