There were three members of staff attending to one lady and ignoring everyone else waiting . The manner of the girl working in the till I can only explain as snooty and dismissive. I waited for ten minutes being ignored and ended up leaving the item I wanted and walking out. There is no excuse for bad service which this clearly was. I have been a customer of bravissimo since it was first opened (both online and in store) and it is my go to brand. I was disgusted how customers were ignored whilst three staff twittered around one customer. I have spent a lot of money with this company over the years and feel dissatisfied and disappointed how I was treated (20/12/17) I won't be going back to the shop or recommending it to people any more.

I thought it would get better when Knickerbox got involved but it's not really changed at all. It's very much aimed at men and what women should be wearing to look good for guys, not for themselves. The wall of toys is really over the top and I find the staff very unknowledgable (like advising baby oil in certain situations which would be very damaging!) I much prefer the classy and friendly alternative near All Saints on Thurland Street.

I think it excels more in the food selections it offers with mouth watering dishes at reasonable prices. The wines are good too with lots of them having won awards. Their underwear is a bit hit and miss with the fit of the bra's especially having gone down hill a bit (sorry lads, I'm talking to the the girlies out there now!) . I admire them for hanging in there in the high street battle though and continuing to market themselves well and rebrand to keep up trends.
