I nipped in to bravissimo to purchase a cardigan I had seen on the website. I was delighted to find it in stock and joined the queue to purchase it. There were three members of staff attending to one lady and ignoring everyone else waiting . The manner of the girl working in the till I can only explain as snooty and dismissive. I waited for ten minutes being ignored and ended up leaving the item I wanted and walking out. There is no excuse for bad service which this clearly was. I have been a customer of bravissimo since it was first opened (both online and in store) and it is my go to brand. I was disgusted how customers were ignored whilst three staff twittered around one customer. I have spent a lot of money with this company over the years and feel dissatisfied and disappointed how I was treated (20/12/17) I won't be going back to the shop or recommending it to people any more. read more

Housed in a really beautiful building, Bravissimo has been heartily welcomed to Nottingham by the very well-endowed. A great selection of genuinely pretty lingerie for all the larger cup sizes, the personal fitting service is great and the changing rooms and seating area are elegant and relaxed. I was fitted for a bra last year, always go there normally.. I told the woman it felt really tight, she said it is supposed to be like that and showed me how she tested for that and that the bra I had on before was too big as it was my pregnancy bra so anything would feel too tight. I went away feeling that it was tight and hurt, but that I was wrong and she was right, I should wear it that tight. Many visits to the doctors later with pains in my neck and under my arm, losing sensation in my arms and fingers and feeling pretty dreadful, but doctor not being able to find out problem, I end up going for a fitting at Debenhams and find to my horror that I have been wearing a bra thats back fitting is 4 times too small. Now have new bras and guess what?? No more pain.. Dont trust just what they tell you, if it feels too tight it just might be that. read more

Definitely one for the ladies :). I don't think I believed that stat that one in 3 women wear the wrong bra size (I didn't think myself to be in the category anyway), but after a visit to Bravissimo it's pretty easy to see where we're going wrong. It sounds like it would be a pretty embarassing experience, but the ladies at Bravissimo are lovely. I came away thinking I'd had a bit of a bra revolution as I was wearing completely the wrong size, and went home and threw out all my old bras. If your boobs are spilling out the cups of your bra or its riding up over your shoulder blades then you're definately wearing the wrong size. Most shops will fob you off with the wrong size because they don't stock a wide range of sizes. I was wearing a 34DD for years until I discovered Bravissimo. It turns out I'm a 32ff! There isn't such a wide variety of bra/swimwear styles in such a large range of different sizes anywhere other than Bravissimo. The service is faultless and the surroundings are luscious. There is a free fitting service so theres nothing to lose by popping in making sure that you're not wearing the wrong size bra's. read more

A great shop for larger-chested ladies! The customer service is good and the fitting service is discreet and professional. The shop is laid out nicely and the products are very pretty, not like the ones you get in some other shops stocking larger sizes. They offer maternity and sportswear bras too. read more

great shop for ladies who need the larger cup sizes. i went to this shop when i was pregnant with my son as i could not get the cup size i needed in derby. very helpful staff. was unsure of my size so had a measuring while i was here. shame they don`t have one of these shop in derby. you could spend lots of money in this shop. they have very nice bras. read more

I really don't think that the styles or choice of styles here are that great. It's so hard to find pretty and sexy bras in larger sizes and I just don't think they cater that well at all. All the bra's are very full cupped, making it hard to wear a number of tops and make me feel really frumpy! I have been measured and had friends measured there and the sizes they have come out with are ridiculous-mainly on those smaller than the size they start at so that you buy from them, even though they are recommending the wrong size! And with prices being as expensive as they are there, I just think there are better places to go. There's a gorgeous lingerie shop just opposite that has amazing good value underwear up to a G cup with free measuring service too. Much nicer! read more

This store is fairly small on the exterior. Having received a Bravissimo catologue through the post i popped in to the store but i was quite disappointed. The style i seen in the catologue wasnt available in the store and the bras that they had in my size looked awful in real life where as in the brochure they looked sexy and slim line. As i said the disappointment was huge. I had a quick look in the sale section in store but again there was nothing that took my fancy. Staff member was very friendly and made a disappointing visit that bit better. read more

The best underwear and clothing shop for large breasted women! The price tags are huge but the service is second to none. The products are great. I am a particular fan of the clothing range. The tops give much more space around the chest depending on your cup size and still remain fitted at the waist so you don't appear to be wearing an unflattering sack! read more
