As recruitment agencies go - this is one of the better ones. There's a feeling of organisation that you don't often get in and around Ipswich agencies. I was on the books for temporary and full time assignments. The girl that handled both my sign up and contracting, was smart, polite and interested in the things I could do. She worked hard to get the best rate and asked what I needed to earn. A simple phonecall first thing in the morning, meant that we got to know each other fairly well. This was good for me and good for Blue Arrow as it meant work placements were frequent. They cover a good mix of skills, from general admin and office work to kitchen and factory jobs.
