She worked hard to get the best rate and asked what I needed to earn. A simple phonecall first thing in the morning, meant that we got to know each other fairly well. This was good for me and good for Blue Arrow as it meant work placements were frequent. They cover a good mix of skills, from general admin and office work to kitchen and factory jobs.
