We have owned and operated DIAKADI Fitness in the very competitive market of San Francisco for 21 years. We came to Terzetto with a beast of a DIY Squarespace website - over 100 unique pages - in desperate need of a clean up and new SEO strategy. We worked directly with Richard to research and study our brand, client base and competitors. This helped us develop a clear strategy for our work together. His team did an excellent job of matching the look and vibe of our brand in every change. Richard's advanced knowledge of marketing and current search engine optimization methods is truly inspiring. He does an excellent job of teaching me the 'why and how', while also managing all of the heavy lifting and intense data studying required to master a site's SEO. Their user-friendly reporting dashboard and constant results analysis helps me avoid the frustration of overwhelming Google Analytics reports. We consistently monitor our work and changes following the idea of controlled experimentation (making small, measurable changes and studying the results), so that we know what is working well and what needs to be adjusted. I have complete trust and awe in Richard's knowledge and his team's excellent work. I look forward to our ongoing work and marketing analysis together.

Our independent small bike shop was struggling to get noticed by new customers because we had a…read morevery limited online presence. We took advantage of a grant through the City of Dublin for marketing assistance and we were matched with Richard Wilkinson and his company Terzetto Digital. Richard and his team conducted an in-depth marketing analysis and looked at our Google Business Page, Yelp, our website and visited our store. After analyzing our unique store, they met with us and explained their findings in depth. Without writing a novel, here's what we were told: Our website was not at all doing the job of keeping customers engaged, as we had about a 69 second average visit per click but to make matters worse, we had no coding for Google to search, so we weren't coming up when people searched for bike shops etc. Our Google Business Page wasn't being utilized as much as it could be, as we had outdated photos, very little content etc. and we weren't ranking high in key word searches because our Google profile lacked information to "search for". On top of the online results, we learned that our store wasn't keeping our existing customers engaged because we didn't try to contact them once they completed their shopping experience. Richard and his team offered several solutions for our store and we ultimately decided to keep our current website but have his team expand the content and optimize it for search engines. To keep engaging with current customers, his team created a template for us to use for sending electronic newsletters and we were taught how to create future distributions and how to look at the results. They even suggested we create a birthday club for children. We immediately started a birthday club and already parents love the idea. We were able to maximize our Google Business Page ourselves, which was pretty easy - we updated the photos and add more products to the page etc. The entire process of working with Terzetto Digital was amazing. We really didn't know what to do to help our store, because we didn't actually know what was wrong. The marketing analysis was quite an eye opener. We wish we had done this years ago, but are looking forward to improved sales going forward. Richard and his team were extremely professional and easy to work with and we appreciate everything they've done for us.

Extremely expensive…read moreand we have had very little return to our "investment" You will get the same website and colors of all their clients with no originality. Our "original" Logo that Nuvolum allegedly created, turned around after a year or so later, and used the exact same logo and colors that I thought was unique to our practice. So they have templated websites that they use for all practices. The campaigns they have had us participate in have done nothing for our practice except for additional money and time. PLEASE read all the reviews online including from ex-employees which is very telling of who you are working with. High staff turnover. Arrogance and narcissistic attitude. LOTS of empty promises and they continually are trying to sell you more things to purchase from them. We have done everything they have asked from us with little to no positive results and that is after 30 months of working with these salesmen not a marketing company. We have worked with other companies in the past with substantially better results, with professional people to work with, and a fraction of the cost that you will spend with Nuvolum. Yes I am a real oral surgeon client. They even accused one practice of not being a client of Nuvolum after the practice wrote a very negative experience with them. So in order to make people reading the reviews believe it was a fake review to save face. We have voiced our displeasure several times and the owners as the reviews say are callous and lack empathy, but if you choose to work with them PLEASE DO NOT sign the contract until you have an attorney read it first. The contract is designed so that they can fire you for any reason ( I personally no a practice that they did this to) but if you are not getting the results that they WILL promise you, you cannot fire them. They will also try the classic sales tactic of pressuring you into signing on with them in less than 48 hours...... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!
