A quick check of the Frances Jaye website let me know that they appreciate and support sustainable and ethical brands, which is always awesome to see. The prices may be higher than your average mall, but you get what you pay for. They have men's and women's clothing, accessories, home goods, cards, books, and gift items. I particularly loved the Holland shirts that were modern and stylized. I ended up buying a fancy wick trimmer as we seem to have a surplus of candles these days, as well as two cute holiday cards featuring cat illustrations, because #crazycatlady I loved this little shop and will absolutely stop in every time I'm in the area!

They have amazing jewelry, clothes, and accessories here. I got a really cute star choker that I wear constantly. They carry quality brands and some lesser known but beach themed attire. The staff was very friendly and helpful. From the very beginning, the consultant assisting us showed very little interest in my daughter, her engagement, or her wedding. She didn't ask about the date, the venue, or any personal details that might help guide the appointment--details that make this process feel special and tailored. My daughter had even submitted photos in advance of the dresses she was hoping to try, but when we arrived, none of those dresses had been pulled, and it seemed there was no record of what she had sent. It felt like we were just another appointment on the calendar, not real people shopping for one of the most important garments of a lifetime. Our group was small--just four of us--but we weren't offered a single refreshment. We watched other groups being served a variety of drinks while we were never even asked if we'd like a water. It may seem small, but in an environment meant to celebrate such a joyful moment, these details matter. Perhaps most frustrating was that we clearly communicated a budget of $5,000, and nearly every dress pulled for my daughter to try was significantly over that. Ignoring someone's budget not only adds unnecessary stress to an already emotional process, but it also shows a lack of respect for their preferences and financial boundaries. We had visited other bridal shops that treated our experience with care and enthusiasm. They made an effort to connect with my daughter and show genuine excitement for her big day. Excellent boutique store with very helpful employees…read more This is one of my favorite downtown stores. Very nice selection of women's clothing. Prices are reasonable, and they have great sales! Customer service is excellent. Today I couldn't find a shirt I was searching for, and an employee contacted another location and was able to locate it for me. This location also features many unique gift items. Magnets, cards, mugs, puzzles, games, and much more.
