Definitely stop by and take a look!…read more We swung by the store during our sunset walk around Saugatuck. Very cute establishment with a nice and eclectic mix of items. They carry quality brands and some lesser known but beach themed attire. The staff was very friendly and helpful. At the back of the store, they have a pretty large sale area, which was also nice to see. Overall, worth a pitstop if you are in the area.

And…read morewith the brand new side of the store that just opened in late May, there's even more cuteness to pick through. I strolled in here after spying an adorable sundress in the window. The new side of the store caters to the 21-35 crowd with plenty of aforementioned dresses, some jeans, lots of comfy tops & separates, and a bit of accessories. Price points range from $10-$100 for most items, and I saw brands like Olive & Oak, Level 99 Jeans, Ani & Alex, etc. FYI, I scored a romper for $40 and a very cozy striped top for $25. Do I expect these items to last forever? No, but they definitely fill the void! When I head back to Saugatuck, I'll certainly pop back into Glik's for a quick shopportunity!

It ended up not being too busy when I got there and all the staff were very helpful. The clothes they did have did all seem in good condition and the prices weren't too crazy being around $10 for the higher priced pieces. One down side is they ten to double up racks for space which ended up making it tough to search the clothes on the up racks and I found multiple items being resold that were previous SHEIN clothes and they were like $8 which I personally didn't appreciate

Not great service at all. I've worked in retail and numerous customer service positions. Just…read moreawful. My best friend was stressed the whole time until the wedding because of this company. We went to the store and called them several times before the wedding when issues started arising. One girl in the store tried to claim she did not even work there as she stood behind the Caela Scott reception counter. When we asked for the manager we were told she only comes in twice a week. The shipment order for all the groomsmen's altered tuxes kept being pushed back every week to the point where they did not arrive until three days before the wedding. The store did not even call the bride once all the tuxes had finally arrived at the store, she had to call them. The bride's father, walked her down the aisle in jeans. This occurred because the tux pants were sent with holes in the pockets and a hole in the crotch area the first time. Then, we tried to get a new pair of pants, shipped overnight, since everything barely arrived the week of the wedding, we were told the overnight fee would be waived. However, we learned from the Bride's dad that Caela Scott called and told them there would be an additional overnight charge for the shipping of the second pair of pants. Hence we were lied to. Same thing with other groomsmen's pants. The bride's dad's tux coat that they sized and altered when finally arrived, was a completely different size that did not fit. Then we discovered a large vertical stain on the back of the groom's coat jacket. Overall an awful experience that the bridal party and everyone in attendance will not recommend to anyone. Ever. Weddings are stressful enough as it is and Caela Scott honestly made it worse.

Disappointing Experience at True Society…read more I recently visited True Society with my daughter to help her find her wedding dress, and unfortunately, the experience left all of us feeling disappointed and disheartened. From the very beginning, the consultant assisting us showed very little interest in my daughter, her engagement, or her wedding. She didn't ask about the date, the venue, or any personal details that might help guide the appointment--details that make this process feel special and tailored. My daughter had even submitted photos in advance of the dresses she was hoping to try, but when we arrived, none of those dresses had been pulled, and it seemed there was no record of what she had sent. It felt like we were just another appointment on the calendar, not real people shopping for one of the most important garments of a lifetime. Our group was small--just four of us--but we weren't offered a single refreshment. We watched other groups being served a variety of drinks while we were never even asked if we'd like a water. It may seem small, but in an environment meant to celebrate such a joyful moment, these details matter. Perhaps most frustrating was that we clearly communicated a budget of $5,000, and nearly every dress pulled for my daughter to try was significantly over that. Ignoring someone's budget not only adds unnecessary stress to an already emotional process, but it also shows a lack of respect for their preferences and financial boundaries. We had visited other bridal shops that treated our experience with care and enthusiasm. They made an effort to connect with my daughter and show genuine excitement for her big day. That kind of warmth and attention is exactly what you hope for when shopping for a wedding gown. Unfortunately, True Society missed the mark completely. When someone chooses a bridal boutique, they're not just buying a dress--they're trusting you with a piece of their story. It's about feeling seen, celebrated, and supported. For a store like True Society, where the stakes are so personal and emotional, creating a positive and personalized experience should be the standard--not the exception. Sadly, we left feeling like an afterthought rather than a bride and her loved ones on a joyful search. I hope this feedback encourages the team at True Society to reflect on the importance of connection, attention to detail, and genuine care in every appointment.
