Not great service at all. I've worked in retail and numerous customer service positions. Just…read moreawful. My best friend was stressed the whole time until the wedding because of this company. We went to the store and called them several times before the wedding when issues started arising. One girl in the store tried to claim she did not even work there as she stood behind the Caela Scott reception counter. When we asked for the manager we were told she only comes in twice a week. The shipment order for all the groomsmen's altered tuxes kept being pushed back every week to the point where they did not arrive until three days before the wedding. The store did not even call the bride once all the tuxes had finally arrived at the store, she had to call them. The bride's father, walked her down the aisle in jeans. This occurred because the tux pants were sent with holes in the pockets and a hole in the crotch area the first time. Then, we tried to get a new pair of pants, shipped overnight, since everything barely arrived the week of the wedding, we were told the overnight fee would be waived. However, we learned from the Bride's dad that Caela Scott called and told them there would be an additional overnight charge for the shipping of the second pair of pants. Hence we were lied to. Same thing with other groomsmen's pants. The bride's dad's tux coat that they sized and altered when finally arrived, was a completely different size that did not fit. Then we discovered a large vertical stain on the back of the groom's coat jacket. Overall an awful experience that the bridal party and everyone in attendance will not recommend to anyone. Ever. Weddings are stressful enough as it is and Caela Scott honestly made it worse.

She was exceptionally patient, attentive, knowledgeable and thoughtful during our multi-hour session, and represented a 5-star customer service experience. We even stayed after closing hours without realizing it, and Paula didn't even mention anything, and throughout the whole experience, she was cheerful, pleasant and very personal. They had my favorites from Mori Lee, Maggie Sottero, and Allure. I contacted them several months early to reserve my appointment and they still had all of those samples by the time of my appointment, whereas other stores had sold all of them before I arrived. They ended up being out of power due to a totally random storm, but were apologetic and squeezed me in the day they opened back up and never made me feel rushed. My consultant was professional, would help me get in and out of dresses quickly, and wasn't pushy. They even had all the dresses I'd inquired about ready to go in my dressing room by the time I arrived! They did a good job with the clips, and though I'm not a tiny size, they made me look good in every dress I tried on. They were knowledgeable about potential alterations and even found the perfect veil for the dress I chose. I'm glad that they provide alterations on site. When I was deciding between 2 different dresses, multiple staff members voiced their opinion in a very helpful manner, discussing the style/theme/appropriateness for the venue.

But, my daughter didn't think she had found "the one". So, Madison offered to meet us at the Zeeland location so she could try on dresses there. She even brought my daughter's "top two" dresses in case she wanted to try them on again. My daughter fell in love with a dress in Zeeland and Madison was there every step of the way to help us in the process. I tried to make an appointment for my daughter and when I heard this required pay I was shocked as this appears to be a mom and pop shop in the tiny suburb of Jenison, MI. I found it very off putting, and we did not make an appointment. I think this shop should reconsider this policy if they hope for this new bridal business to succeed.

This little shop carries cute women's clothing like lounge pants, maxi dresses, and others. I loved some of the dresses I came across. They were pretty uniquely designed. Their sizes range from xs to xl, I believe. They also had some quirky and cute gadgets (as you can see from my pictures) that would make really good gifts. They also had some sassy cards you can give to friends. They also had little cute mugs of different shapes and sizes. If you're walking on 8th street and want to take a look at some cute and interesting stuff, this place is worth a visit!
