I contacted several solar panel cleaning companies and ultimately chose Pure Solar Clean based on…read moretheir reviews and the initial interaction I had with them. Ross called me back within 15 minutes and provided a reasonable quote. He mentioned that most customers typically have their panels cleaned three times a year, but since we only wanted a one-time cleaning, I appreciated that he did not pressure me to sign up for additional services. He told me he would contact the office to schedule an appointment. Unfortunately, that is where the experience went downhill. After four days without hearing anything, I texted Ross to ask whether someone would be contacting me to schedule the appointment. He responded that he would take care of it right away. Two more days passed before he finally offered September 4, which I agreed to. September 4 came and went, and no one showed up or contacted me. The panel cleaning never took place, and Ross has since stopped responding to my calls and messages. Based on the company's positive reviews, I initially had the impression that this was a reputable company. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and follow-through has been extremely disappointing. If scheduling a basic appointment is this difficult, I would be hesitant to trust the company with the actual service. I would recommend considering another company rather than spending your time trying to get an appointment scheduled. In my experience, the initial interaction was positive, but the follow-through was not.

They were highly communicative from start…read moreto finish -- I had direct cell numbers for the team and could text questions anytime, and they usually responded very quickly, often immediately. Their pricing was the best of the three contractors we considered, and they were also the only company willing to set up a non-export system so we could preserve our NEM 2.0 status and still get permission to operate from PG&E. That was a huge advantage for us, since other contractors were pushing us toward NEM 3.0. Their sales team was patient, helpful, and not pushy at all. They walked us through our options clearly, were honest about scheduling constraints, and still found a way to get us in on a pretty good timeline. They also came up with creative solutions when other issues popped up, which we really appreciated. We're very happy so far with our 14 additional panels and Tesla Powerwall 3. Rob, Brad, and Josh were all great to work with. They're highly rated for a reason.
