This was the first time I've used Blu Sky and I am very happy with the results. First, I'm appreciative they were willing to come all the way up to Downieville...it's a bit of a haul...but they've been coming for years and I believe have gained more clients so that hopefully makes it worth the trek for them. After a few back-and-forths with dates and times, we were set for an arrival between 8a-9a. They arrived at 8:20am. Love that. There were 3 guys and they explained exactly how they'd approach the house and the windows. We have mostly very new windows and just a few older ones. They got to work immediately on the outside (3 stories) and were absolute pros at working the ladders. Before I knew it they were ready to start the inside...and again...experts at moving through the house efficiently. They finished at 11:20...that was much faster than I expected! Anyway, start to finish, scheduling and then the actual work, I'm super happy and look forward to seeing them again next year. read more

These people did window cleaning in our newly constructed accessory dwelling unit, and although they did clean the windows nicely, they were careless with their equipment and their cleanliness and caused damage to the unit. They banged their ladder(s) around and scraped and gouged the floor and stairs, they did damage to the walls with their ladders, they left smudges and dirty handprints on the staircase handrails, etc. We complained, and the business owner couldn't be bothered to come out, but sent the same job superintendent, Steve, whose crew did the damage and made the mess, to come out and evaluate. That guy, Steve, denied everything and told my wife she was wrong, they did none of those things. This is despite that the new construction is unoccupied and no one else had been in the unit, so there is no other possible explanation. But I guess Steve thinks women are stupid so he can spew denials and further victimize the complainant. He said maybe they could offer a discount on some future cleaning, like yeah, there's a snowball's chance in hell that we would ever use these slobs again. read more

Wow!! Blu Sky did an incredible job for us . We have a 3 story house and Pella storm windows, washing 1 window is equal to washing 2 windows, not an easy job. We thought we we would have to replace many of our window panes because of water spots and cement sealer. These guys ( 4 of them) cleaned our windows so good they removed it all! They were perfectly on time, assessed the number of windows that needed to be cleaned inside and out, gave me a quote that I had anticipated, got immediately to work, cleaned out the window rails, were very thorough in their clean up after having done the windows, and all the windows gleamed with brightness that made my home shine with light.
