Broccoli tempura
Alessandra G.

I was in the mood for a nice Cobb salad. Decided to come here. I absolutely love a good presentation and this Cobb salad looked like a work of art and totally hit the spot for me. I also ordered a virgin mojito which was totally refreshing and the broccoli tempura...also a beautiful presentation and scrumptious! Definitely my favorite restaurant so far at Fiesta Americana.

Overall we had a good experience. We ordered 4 appetizer and 2 main and 1 dessert - green salad not on menu I just asked for it and it was very good - crab cake. Served cold. Pretty good - mussels and clams good if you like coconut milks. Just so so for me - tongue taco. Amazing. Get this Main - braised short ribs moist but too salty I don't recommend - catch of the day. Sea bass surprisingly tasty Dessert - cream cheese dessert. Really good. Get it. Overall a really nice dinner

One of my favorite restaurants at this resort. It is separated from the other restaurants so need a cart to get here. Definitely a low key spot but with great ambiance. The service was excellent and the staff was very friendly. The food was delicious and the mango margaritas were fresh. Had a couple of margaritas since they made it perfectly well. They recommended the stuffed mushroom which was really tasty and the blu burger was juicy and tender.

This restaurant had great service. The drinks were good. I enjoyed the mussels. Food was just ok. Filet was over cooked. Great ambiance.

I finished my graduate degree in December 2019, and my girlfriends surprised me with a trip to Cabo. This restaurant is more appropriate for a celebratory meal as the ambiance is intimate and not as casual as other restaurants on the property. This restaurant is located on the Grand Fiesta Americana resort. It's not as easy to get to by foot if you're staying on the west wing of the property as we were so there is a golf cart driver that transports guests to the front of the restaurant. Once you arrive, you're seated and handed menus and iced water. We had the "all inclusive" bracelet so essentially ordered more than we should have. As featured in the photos attached to this review, the dishes are elegantly plated so there is special attention to presentation. Everything we tried was fantastic -- so much so that we didn't even have leftovers to pack! Service from our server warranted a very generous tip. If you are on the all-inclusive deal, please tip all of your service workers as their income is heavily weighted on gratuity from tourists.

Spinach artichoke bread

Kevin was our waiter and he was awesome !! The food was very good , the seared tuna and spinach dip bread were so yummy !! He had lots of recommendations including a hibiscus margarita that was delicious . The short ribs were so tasty and very tender .

I could have eaten 10 of these. Cheesy yummy artichoke goodness

I cannot say enough good things about Blu, or the Grand Fiesta Ameriana. Elizabeth met us outside with kindness and even let me believe my attempts to speak Spanish weren't completely terrible. Our waiter, Carlos, was also wonderful - attentive, helpful, and friendly. We loved it here so much, we ate here twice during our stay. During our first stay - I ordered the Filet and Crab Cakes and my boyfriend got the short ribs and macaroni and cheese. The filet was mouthwatering and perfect, as were the crab cakes and given how quickly my boyfriend ate his meal, I'd say he was incredibly happy with his food as well. At the end, they even brought up a Caramel Bread dessert in celebration of my birthday and sweetly sang to us. On our second visit - which we saved for our very last meal before leaving, I ordered Filet again (I couldn't help myself) and we also got the INCREDIBLE Artichoke Bread appetizer, along with the tuna tataki appetizer. I'm convinced its impossible to order something that doesn't taste wonderful. My boyfriend got the Filet this time as well as another helping of macaroni. After our delicious dinner, Elizabeth and Carlos pulled strings to help us get a Brownie dessert that they normally only offer for lunch. The Chef, Moises, is top notch and I can't say enough nice things about the food or the staff. Huge shout out to the Manager, Oscar Garcia as well. I'll be dreaming of this food for weeks to come.

Came here for lunch, service was great. Had the shrimp cocktail for an appetizer. And shrimp tacos. Our server recommended aqua chili. So tryed that too. Its a thin sliced beef, with chilis and soy sauce. Very tasty. Place it very clean, andbthe shrimp tacos were excellent.

Restaurant

Okay, so I love this restaurant, and it's at an All Inclusive resort (Fiesta Americana Grand Los Cabos). If this restaurant were at home here in Oakland, I would go all the time. I know, because I went 3 times out of 6 nights at the resort! It was work to find it! It is in the time share section above the resort - it is not easy to find! Walking in, I was unsure - nothing fancy, with a very unassuming space. But it's a pretty, small space. But wow, the food! Wow. First of all, the Tuna Tataki appetizer is just amazing. Had it all three times. Why not, it's amazing. It's a pan fried tuna filet with two sauces and a lovely side of greens. The first and third time I had the "Catch of the Day" which was the Sole. I was just great. Light, not over seasoned or overdone, just perfect. With some risotto and tomatoes. On the 2nd night I had the filet mignon - similar comments here - light, not over seasoned, just perfect. Now, after you finish dinner, you must have the amazing fruit tart. It is simply awesome! Pair it with a Torre 10 year brandy and it tops of an amazing meal. Kudos to Oscar (manager), Andrea (hostess), Abraham (waiter), and Vanessa (chef) for making it memorable.

Seared ahi

Service was slow and it was not busy. The food is good. Seared ahi was the best appetizer we had here. The ribeye and all the filet and lobster were both good. The lobster was over cooked, but still good.

I'm talking the kind of band that makes you want to order another margarita just so you can clap along like you suddenly grew up in Guadalajara. And the food? Real-deal Mexican classics mole, enchiladas, chile rellenos big flavors coming out of a kitchen that knows what it's doing. Now let's talk about the chips and salsa, because I didn't come here to play games. Some restaurants give you chips like they're doing you a favor three chips and a little salsa like it's a museum sample. Not here. These chips show up ready to party. Crunchy, warm, and the salsa hits you like, "Hola amigo, welcome to flavor." Add the incredible service and that mariachi band floating through the courtyard and suddenly dinner turns into a whole event. Honestly, this place was one of the highlights of my Cabo trip and my socks? Yeah... they're still somewhere on the floor from those chips and salsa.

Environment was nice up until the flies swarm your food and staff does nothing about it!…read more Happened on 2026-04-12 at 6pm, lovely evening, the restaurant has a nice environment and food came out quick. But that was the end of the positive things as a swarm of flies quickly came to eat the food. Trying to swat them away helped a bit but there was way too many of them. I eventually flagged a waiter down, and he shrugged at the flies. A minute later some candle flame thing came out saying that it will help with the flies but already that was too late as flies were all over the food and I lost my appetite at that point. It was disgusting. I just got up and left. Went to cashier to pay my bill. The cashier also shrugged at my fly incident, and I asked how much it was going to be. Full price. No consideration about bad operating environment and since they knew about the fly issue they didnt setup before food was served to control it better. Even after bringing it up again in detail, she shrugged again. No sorry or anything, just a brush off. Then to make it even worse she asked if I wanted to tip the service. I was in there for a few minutes, staff didnt help quickly or even pre-empt the fly issue, and I'm being asked to pay full price. Sorry but no thanks. How did this place get on the Michelin list? Service poor. Environment poor. Zero or negative star rating for me.

We took a taxi to this resort and while there asked how much this place was for a night in the hotel with all inclusive. They said it ranged from $350-500/night. Ouch! This place is a bit far from all of the action in Cabo San Lucas. Don't think I would want to stay so far away from all of the activities and fun, especially the arches. Anyway back to breakfast, we got to the counter and there were 4 hostesses running around in a confused manner with no organization whatsoever. There were people in front of us waiting to be put on the list, and after about 20 minutes we were finally seated. The server asked me what I wanted to drink? So I told him I wanted Mexican hot chocolate. He looked at me like I was speaking Chinese, so I pulled it up on Google and showed it to him. Strange that a Cabo native has never heard of Mexican hot chocolate, it is served in most places in the city restaurants of Cabo. Anyway we proceeded to the buffet and noticed a lot of the popular items weren't being replenished. I came back 4 different times to check and still the same empty plates remained. Food was decent, service was good, the price was only $20/per person. Do not think I would return as the places downtown were much better than this place just didn't have that large of a selection.

They bring you out a tray full of different toppings and sauces (careful one of the green ones is quite spicey). The service was good and the food was better. This place is cash only so I'd encourage you to make sure you have some $$$ on hand (they did accept USD). The reason for the 4 star vs. 5 star is due to the restroom situation. I don't know how this restroom compares to the other restaraunts in the area, but its two small bathrooms and a sink outside. The sink you have to touch a little knob underneath which doesn't seem the most sanitary...but at least they have a bathroom and some soap. We would go again for sure.

The space is small, but we were seated right away. We ordered carne asada, al pastor, and pescado tacos, plus a Bohemia beer, all for just $20 USD. While we waited, our waiter brought out chips with multiple salsa options ranging from mild to absolutely eye-watering, along with a full platter of taco toppings, which we didn't use. The moment I took my first bite, I knew this would be a regular stop if we're ever back in the area. The meat was tender, incredibly flavorful, and tasted fresh off the grill. Everything paired perfectly with the salsas and an ice-cold beer. Super glad we found this gem within walking distance of the pier, and this is one of those spots that'll stick with us long after our trip ended.
