We worked with Neve, Riley and Isabel and they were all very knowledgeable about the process. The team worked with us for months to define our floral vision, design the perfect floral arrangements, decor items, and signage, and ultimately delivered it all seamlessly on the day of the wedding. I loved that I could get all types of decor including flowers, candles, signs, drapery, and a ceremony backdrop for the day from one place and I didn't have to coordinate across multiple vendors for all of these items. The flowers were also beautiful on the day of the wedding. Using Ashland Addison for your wedding should be a no brainer. The people, process, and flowers were all perfect!

The kicker: there is no doorman at this building. -- Day 1: I'm really disappointed by the way customers are treated here. It feels like because they do a lot of large-event business in the neighborhood (weddings, etc.), individual customers don't matter as much. Our delivery issue was caused on the store's end, yet instead of helping resolve it professionally, we were chastised and told, "YOU should have called sooner when we couldn't deliver" just as we were being called to say that delivery didn't happen AFTER their business closed. That response was dumb and incredibly off-putting. Mistakes happen -- what matters is how a business handles them. Unfortunately, this experience felt dismissive and unprofessional from start to finish. I won't be returning.

Two days before the event I was called by the owner and told that my deposit was less than what I've given them (even though I had everything on the receipt). That was the first red flag.
