Quality of care, staff, and facilities are 10/10! Had such a nice experience here -- much more pleasant than your average dentist office.

His knowledge and skills in the field of dentistry are exceptional. I came to think of him as a dentist who thinks outside the box and who can be very creative in designing solutions for issues. One example that I will never forget is when one dentist told me they needed to either remove a tooth or put on a crown. I decided to get a second opinion and I wound up at Dr. V's office. He suggested shaving the tooth down enough so that there was no contact between that tooth and the tooth above it. Prior to doing the work, he advised that he wasn't sure how long the tooth would last/survive--could be months or years. I decided I had nothing to loose--so I asked him to proceed with the work. That tooth survived for something like 10 years! He is very aware of his patients' needs, concerns, fears and works very hard to treat the "patient" not just the tooth. And his staff have the same attitude in conducting their jobs. Finally, I think perhaps the best testament is that I HATE going to the dentist. I always have. Yet, each and every time I go to his office, we laugh and have a good time. Which even surprises me! I believe it is because from the start, he listened to my concerns and always made sure I felt comfortable before he started any work. It didn't take long (after my first few visits) to come to know/believe that I would not be in any pain during any of the work that would be done. He made sure of that. If you are in need of a dentist, I would highly recommend Dr. Vaccarezza. BB

From the beginning, the office flow was disorganized. I arrived 30 minutes early and completed all paperwork, yet a patient who arrived after me was taken back first. Once I was called, the appointment felt rushed and dismissive. The dentist repeatedly stated that he was rushing to get back home, which immediately made me feel like my care was not a priority. When I asked about my treatment plan and when my work could be done, he told me he would call me with details, but that call never happened. In December 2025, the dentist stated that he would be gone for the entire year and would not return until January 2026. Despite this, no one followed up with me regarding my treatment. I ultimately had to reach out to the office myself, and the only reason I received a response was because they later told me my email had been found in their spam folder. There was no proactive communication. Clinically, I had several concerns: * No periodontal (gum health) charting was performed, which is a basic standard of care. * I still noticed visible buildup on my back molars after the cleaning. * After the appointment, I noticed spacing between my teeth that was not present prior to the visit. * My gums were sore, and my teeth were sensitive following the cleaning. The hygienist also appeared uncomfortable taking X-ravs, to the point where I had to guide her. Instead of a panoramic exam, an FMX was taken, which felt outdated for a new-patient evaluation. During the cleaning, it felt like my teeth were over-instrumented, and when I voiced concern, the response felt dismissive. When I requested to be seen promptly due to discomfort, there was no sense of urgency, and I was told the office was fully booked-even though the dentist had previously stated he would personally follow up with my treatment plan. I take great pride in my oral health and my smile, and I also value professionalism and accountability. Unfortunately, this office did not reflect those values. I left feeling rushed, unheard, and genuinely uncomfortable. I will never return to this office and do not recommend it to anyone seeking thorough, patient-centered dental care.

We simply love this Dentistry! The staff is amazing and polite and they know how to deal with kids!…read moreThe atmosphere is very calming. We actually like the interior design, it's like you are on a submarine. Paintings on the wall and the ceiling, window on the doors look like portholes. Very cool and kids just mesmerized by it! They have a big screen TV in the waiting area. Since it's COVID they follow every single rule: u come in there is a person with a bottle of a sanitizer waiting for u right at the door, everyone wearing masks, distance between ppl in the sitting area. And one of the staff members always comes out to the waiting area and cleans/sprays/wipes the handles and seats. They used to have 2 iPads for kids to play, they took them away which makes sense and just shows how they care about their patients during COVID. Front desk ladies are awesome! The way they talk to you, they way they treat you - you rock girls! Nurses and doctors all wearing their uniforms , face shields, double masks - uufff.. feels like it is a secret laboratory lol great job!!! Everything and everyone show how serious and focused they are on what they are doing (kids). We feel safe when we go their! My child always leaves that place happy and never afraid to go back their. Doctors are professional and very detail oriented - they give you options and explain the procedure step by step. And when you are leaving they will hand u a tiny goody bag with some toothpaste and a floss in it. Such a pleasant bonus!!! And, of course..no one is gonna leave without a sticker!!! Lol Thank you Little Stars Dentistry!

I'm so upset after reading a review about Dr Lamelas (the only one with 2 stars )…read more "As a first time patient, he did not even take the time to thoroughly listen to why I was there. the actual visit took 3 minutes in total" Listen. This doctor is a GENIUS! . He doesn't need to listen to your whole history as he already reviewed your case before he is the magician who fixes your heart through a 5 cm incision. Dr Lamelas was to the point during my dad's first appointment . Honest in answering my questions, showed concern and gave my dad reassurance. We didn't need a 30 minute appointment. He knew everything about my dad condition already. He took the time to talk to me after the surgery and explained everything he did. He visited my dad every single day (including Saturday and Sunday) My dad had a mitral valve replacement, a maze procedure and a Right atrial appendage removal. He did all this in 3 hours ! My dad is recovering much better than when he had other less complicated surgeries. We are very grateful and we pray for Dr Lamelas every day for him to live a long and healthy life so he can continue helping others. God gave him a gift and the world needs him. Amarilis González was very helpful with all the instructions before surgery. She even answered my emails at 10:00 pm. Very impressive ! His nurses at cardiac ICU (Ana, Andros) and at cardiac step down ( I can't remember his name ) were amazing , knowledgeable and caring. Thank you all !

However, after my last treatment in 2025, I decided that I would never go back to your hospital. Why, because of your incompetent billing deptmaent. Since I made that decision, I have spent over $200,000 at your competitors hospitals, with not a single issue with their billing department. It is very sad that such a great hospital could have such a incompetent billing department. I am still receiving a bill for $37.38. This bill was issued months after my account had been confirmed paid in fullI. I have told you that many times. This invoice had been resolved with your patient experience department. I am sure there are many similar complaints like mine. It is time for the hospital management to fix this. JS
