Came to this place for a pre-holiday haircut. I normally get my haircut done in Los Angeles, but with Christmas fast approaching, I have no time to see my regular barber. OfPretty bad experience today. Called in to get my haircut by the same guy who cut it last time. As he did a great job taking his time and getting my feedback. I was told his name was Robert but when I got there it was not the same guy? Not a big deal I guess. Cut started out fine, Robert was helpful with figuring out what length I wanted on the sides as I wasnt familiar with the trimmer lengths. Once the cut started I noticed he was going unusually fast. To the point that was making me flinch from both his hands moving around me and scratches on my neck from the fine trimmer. When he got to the back of my hair he kinda just do his own thing with the length and took way more off than I wanted. While this is all going on he's trying to make lunch plans with other barbers at chipotle. The cut felt rushed. I'm pretty pissed with the outcome. It felt like he had better things to do. Back of my neck is raw from fast and heavy handed. Got put of the shower and noticed the haircut is WILDLY uneven. I'm going on vacation in a few days and probably just gonna wear a hat most of the time. It's a pretty shitty feeling to get frustrated every time you check your hair. read more

Sure enough he did, I realized once I had gotten home last night that I had a doctor's appointment at that exact time we agreed upon. He managed to fit me in at a later time and gave me the absolute best haircut of my life.
