When I got to the store, I was told the code wouldn't work even though I was assured it would as the store said they needed a bar code to scan? Selena, the Experience Manager told me to call Customer Service and speak to a live person. I went back to my car and spoke to a rep and at first the rep didn't know what I was talking about and thought it was in select stores. I explained the memo that was given to the employees who said it was a Pilot Program and that they needed a Bar Code. He said he couldn't email me a bar code and could just give the same type of promo code given in the first Chat. I asked for Corporate's email or phone number but he couldn't give me one? I went back to the store and explained it to Selena and she offered to call Customer Service and explain it from her end. She said it's a hit or miss with the ones answering the calls. She was awesome intervening for me and was put on hold a couple of times til they figured out on their end, me talking to the phone rep and handing it back to Selena. I think this took about 20 minutes while Selena was even multi-tasking! I was so impressed at her going above and beyond to help me out, have a positive, patient and upbeat attitude while we talked about The Spurs making it to the NBA Finals in between holds on the call. It took the edge off the situation. She was able to work it out and accommodate my Comp'd Brow Wax. Now that's stellar Customer Service!!! Thank you Salena!!! :-)

Awful service, rushed work, rude attitudes all around…read more I went in for a partial balayage and came out with streaky, grey, rushed hair. I booked an appointment for 8:30 AM on a Saturday. The stylist, Victoria, messaged me twice to reschedule before the appointment. It was rescheduled to 9:30 AM. I walked in Saturday and the staff was not welcoming. No one asked if they could assist me or if I had an appointment. Victoria was 15-20 mins late and in a rush. I showed her want I wanted, and asked if it was possible to get out at 1:00PM. She said yes. Victoria worked too quickly and she worked on another client while I was in the chair and wash station. She left me several times. She told me durring and at the end of the service, that the color would look "Ashy" and "after several washes it would improve". It did not. I left the salon at 1:30PM. Later that week, I got in touch with the owner, Dotty, requesting a refund since I was unhappy with my service, she apologized, told me I should of come back, and denied me a refund. My personal opinion, is that a service should be done correctly the first time. Dotty also told me I could "dispute the charge" with my bank. I spent $240. I strongly advise you don't get your hair done here but DO go see Michelle at Pure Posh Salon (22810 U.S. 281 N #108, 22810 Lincoln Hwy #108, San Antonio, TX 78258) for your color correction needs.

The quality of her work and her attention to detail was extraordinary. She did exactly what i wanted and gave me my desired hair style.
