The salon is very clean and all of the staff were very friendly. My stylist was Jewels (Julliette). She kept asking me about the length, before she would continue to cut. I booked with Kaylee and she's so sweet and friendly and makes you feel so great about your hair!! she really listens to what your vision is and executes!!! I don't recommend you go to this salon just for a basic haircut, especially when they're having another customer at the same time. They called me saying they could move my appointment earlier, and I happened to be available at that time. Little did I know, I walked in with the person coloring another customer's hair. I waited for about 10mins and she spent another 10 mins cutting my hair, then she went back to that customer. I ended up spending close to $80 only to find out my hair was uneven on both sides and some part of my hair were missed. Sure when she asked me if I was ok with the look I said fine. But as an expert, she was lacking the basic due diligence to do a thorough job! read more

Nicole is the absolute best hair colorist and stylist hands down!! She always listens to what you want and nails it every time. My hair came out beautiful!! Aside from being the best at hair, she has the most amazing and coolest personality. Usually getting my hair done feels like a chore because it gets a little boring sitting in a chair all day long. Nicole will talk and have fun with you and get you out of the salon in 2 hours which is unheard of to me. And lastlyyyyy, which is super important to me, she really cares about the client. I have seen Nicole for my hair needs for over a year now and her work always far exceeds my expectations! The first time I saw her, she did an awesome job with my color, cut and style. It was a dramatic difference and my hair felt better than it had in years. I love the way my hair looks too and so does everyone else because I get compliments all the time. Before Nicole, I had my hair colored (balayage). But it really only looked good when I styled it because the way it was colored just didn't look natural.
