The front desk staff was never really friendly (I got the impression I was bothering them?). It was incredibly frustrating that they didn't take credit cards, and that this wasn't very clear on their website. I went here for Sabrina Tucker. Without her, there wasn't a lot of redeeming aspects of the salon. While waiting for an appointment, I was asked to move so they could take a photo of a different client's hair. It felt weird, and like they should have a designated spot for photos that would require asking waiting clients to move. It honestly made me feel less valuable than the person be photographed (I was asked to move across the room). Also, the more I think about it, the more upset I am that when my partner came in for a men's haircut from Kevin, he left INJURED. That's not OK. I mentioned it to the front desk staff when at my appointment after the last update, and I didn't even get an apology. Not OK. Not OK at all. They use a dry brush to gently brush the scalp, then a shampoo massage, cut and blow out. The products they use smell incredible. You can definitely see the difference in the before and after photos on how much moisture is added back into my hair. Tara always does a great job cutting my curly hair, so that it doesn't look heavy and weighed down. I'm so happy with my results! I would highly recommend! Fine, anyone can make an error, but she continues to be inconsiderate with honoring appointment time and it's not because she is busy with other clients. Scheduling is a challenge because she likes to do it via text, but I always have to follow-up with another text because she doesn't respond to her preferred communication. Prices on the website are quite different than in the salon and not consistent.

Went for color, not great experience…read more Can't remember the name of the girl I went to, but I specifically asked for someone that has experience highlighting dark Asian hair, it pulls very brassy when hair is bleached. Anyway the colorist they gave me had little experience overall bc she was young and ended up toning my hair about 3-4 times that visit. She was apologetic but that doesn't fix the damage done.
